The Solution to Pollution is Dilution

The solution to pollution is dilution! And in the case of mold, the pollutants we’re talking about are mycotoxins.

Mold toxins are fat-soluble – which means they easily absorb into body systems that have more lipids (aka fat) such as brain and nerves, GI lining, bone marrow and immune tissues, and every cell membrane.😱

Dilute mycotoxins by using beneficial fats that are:

-Copious (lots and lots)

-Clean (organic or “wild-caught” sourced)

-Correct (non-oxidized essential fatty acids)

Food examples are organic olive oil, organic walnuts and walnut oil, organic avocados, and wild-caught fish.

Supplement examples are fish oil supplements. And Moldies often need these in a special form, a form that best matches nature, which you can read more about here.

Detoxing mycotoxins. It’s important to note in order to detox mycotoxins you need to know they’re lipophilic. Which means they’re fat soluble.

So they will seep into all our fatty tissues. So that’s, you know, fat, but that’s also brain, nervous system, gut lining, organs and glands. And the solution to pollution is dilution, as my environmental medicine instructors drilled into me.

How do you do that? With copious, clean, correct fats. That’s walnuts, walnut oil, avocados, avocado oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, fish, I’m probably forgetting some others. But the way to do it is to dilute those pollutants that are fat soluble with good fats. Copious, clean, correct fats.

So you can break the mold and take back your health!
