Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier company.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. You may return unopened product by contacting us at support@drcrista.com to initiate a return.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of its contents then contact us immediately with the order details. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We request pictures of damages for coaching and training purposes.
