Dr. Jill’s Commentary
One of mold’s magic tricks is that it gums up every oily and fatty part of us. When I mention that, you might be thinking “fats” in the sense of unwanted pounds. But as a doctor, I realize that means so much more.

Mold toxins are oil-soluble, meaning they absorb very easily into lipid-rich tissues and gum up the works. This includes bile, the fluid that helps us detoxify mold toxins. It also includes our brain and nervous system, and the lining of every cell and mitochondria in our body. That’s a big impact!

Mycotoxins replace good fats and oil, those that make our bodies work by butting them out, like a bully saying ‘this is my seat’. So in order to replace the beneficial fats and oils that we want, we often need to supplement.

One of my teachers, Dr. Walter Crinnion, drilled it into my brain – the solution to pollution is dilution. And if you’re trying to dilute lipid-soluble toxin, you need lipid-soluble solutions.

Adding a complex of phospholipids – literally translating to phosphorous-linked lipids – we can restore many functions of the body that mold put on slow-mode. This includes brain function, detoxification, and mitochondrial function.

This blend is a nutty, tasty way to ramp up those systems, and is even easy to get into kids.

From The Book
Here are some key points from my book, Break The Mold, so you can see how this PROTECT tool fits into a mold recovery plan.
This picture best describes the steps to recover your health after a toxic mold exposure.

The first solution is to AVOID mold!

AVOIDANCE means getting away from the mold.

FUNDAMENTALS involve specific foods and lifestyle factors that can greatly improve your ability to conquer mold.

PROTECT and REPAIR is accomplished with targeted nutrients to manage the toxic damage from mycotoxin exposure.

FIGHT means conquering fungal overgrowth in your body.
