Dr. Jill’s Commentary
When I think of this blend, the word “chill” goes through my mind. It’s fast-acting and reliable for cooling down, and even preventing, histamine responses. Due to its liposomal form, it seems to help the effects on the mind more quickly than capsules of the same sort.

Exposure to a water-damaged building is one of the most common reasons for mast cell activation and the subsequent release of histamine, causing itching, brain fog, sinus congestion, respiratory reactivity, digestive problems, and burning pain in the bladder, among a host of other reactions.

One key ingredient is quercetin. Quercetin is one of the tools in the PROTECT section of my book. It’s such an all-around aid for mold, mast cells, and mycotoxins it got its own listing. Quercetin has affinity for the sinuses, gut and bladder, reducing symptoms in those areas.

This blend also contains luteolin, which is a bioflavonoid I often use for people whose mold exposure affected their brains, such as in PANDAS and PANS. And it contains vitamin C and DIM which assist in histamine breakdown.

Thankfully, such a useful formula is flavorful enough to get into even the pickiest people, large and small.

From The Book
Here are some key points from my book, Break The Mold, so you can see how this PROTECT tool fits into a mold recovery plan.
This picture best describes the steps to recover your health after a toxic mold exposure.

The first solution is to AVOID mold!

AVOIDANCE means getting away from the mold.

FUNDAMENTALS involve specific foods and lifestyle factors that can greatly improve your ability to conquer mold.

PROTECT and REPAIR is accomplished with targeted nutrients to manage the toxic damage from mycotoxin exposure.

FIGHT means conquering fungal overgrowth in your body.
