Myocarditis and Mold – Missed It Again!

Old mold symptoms back again?

Pay attention. It’s your wise body sending a warning.

Former mold symptoms show up pretty quickly if you’ve ever been affected by mold and are being exposed again…because you’re sensitized. And you’re sensitized for a reason. When your body is exposed to mycotoxins, it remembers, and says, “not today mold, not today!”

Even though I know this, I didn’t pay attention until there were 3 of my old mold symptoms warning me that I was being exposed, and one is pretty serious – myocarditis – duh!

Please let my learning moment help you recognize when it’s time to protect yourself and get out of mold.

TRANSCRIPT

Hey, Dr. Jill Crista here sharing a teachable moment.

So mold’s kicking my butt. Technically my heart. Myocarditis was one of the symptoms I had when I was really sick from mold and it’s come back with a vengeance. So when it started up, I did not recognize it was mold. I thought I threw my arm out, all this chest pain. I was like, oh, I threw my arm out again. And then when I had some weight gain, oh, that’s winter. Had some insomnia, oh, it’s stress. Took three things. Three things to get my attention and realize it was mold. Because mycotoxins have no scent, there was no smell that told me it was mold.

So I’m just sharing this with you in case this has happened to you. Even the mold lady got tricked by mold. And one of the most important things I’ve don’e to get better is getting out here in nature. And so I’m just sharing this with you. All the principles I use in my book, I’ve used on myself. Feeling much better.

So you can conquer mold, take back your health.
