Dr. Jill’s Commentary
This nasal mist is like a breath of fresh air. Not only do the essential oils act as antimicrobials, they also deliver a relieving, opening sensation in the sinuses. It’s often used before going to bed by my patients who get congested when they lie down.
Thyme and Tea tree essential oils have broad-spectrum activity against many bacterial species as well as fungi. Xylitol acts as a gentle biofilm buster. An additional benefit is that the compound used as a preservative also has antifungal activity.
Together with the airway opening effects of mint and eucalyptus, this blend offers many benefits to those recovering from exposure to a water-damaged building.
From The Book
Here are some key points from my book, Break The Mold, so you can see how this FIGHT tool fits into a mold recovery plan.
This picture best describes the steps to recover your health after a toxic mold exposure.
The first solution is to AVOID mold!
AVOIDANCE means getting away from the mold.
FUNDAMENTALS involve specific foods and lifestyle factors that can greatly improve your ability to conquer mold.
PROTECT and REPAIR is accomplished with targeted nutrients to manage the toxic damage from mycotoxin exposure.
FIGHT means conquering fungal overgrowth in your body.
