Sheltering in a moldy place?

Even though I preach that you MUST remove the mold exposure in order to get better (avoidance, avoidance, avoidance), right now that just may not be possible.

It turns out that this isn’t a new problem for those raising animals, so some studies were funded to learn more. This study showed that adding a combination of certain nutrients to rat’s food – CoQ10, Vitamin E, Selenium, and L-carnitine – helps to protect rat cells from the full extent of mycotoxin damage. The combo was stronger than any alone.

Maybe this can work in humans!? Check out this short list of foods high in these nutrients…I mean, it can’t hurt!
