Strive To Be A Fat-Head
After mold, one of the nicest things anyone can say about you is that you’re a FAT HEAD! 😲 Really, I’m serious!
Brains are one of our fattiest tissues – also known as lipid-rich. They do better with a plethora of good healthy fats in the form the brain likes. A fatty, juicy 🧠 is a healthy, happy 🧠 !
But MOLD can cause these fats to be inflamed, oxidized, in the wrong proportions, and loaded with mycotoxins – which can leave you with a brain that looks more like a torched prune than a fatty walnut. Torched prune brains don’t work so well. Symptoms are brain fog, brain fatigue, visual disturbances, trouble concentrating, forgetfulness, and in the worst cases, dementia.
Strive to have your noggin’ closer to a fatty walnut (which consequently is one of the best foods for the brain.)

One of the problems that we see with mold is that it can lead to brain fog, fatigue, and in severe cases even dementia.
You want to do everything you can to fatten up that brain. Our brain is mostly made up of fat. A good, healthy brain is a juicy, fatty brain.
So you want to strive to be a fat head. What does that take? That takes movement, managing your blood sugar, getting outside everyday, eating a diet rich in the essential fatty acids.
