Conquer Mold One Step At A Time

Little overwhelmed? Feel in the dark? Wish someone would swoop in and tell you what to do, where to go, how to do it?

Totally normal!

When people finally figure out that mold is the problem, there’s a natural tendency to try to figure out the whole game plan asap – especially if you’ve been sick for a long time. As if now that you know, it has to be managed ‘yesterday’.

Add a little brain fog, and you now have the perfect recipe for anxiety, overwhelm, and fear of making a decision.

But here’s the thing. You only need to take the next step. How do you know what that step is?

Hold the belief – the knowing – that you will conquer this. Place that solidly in your heart. That knowing – that faith – will guide your actions.

In contrast, making decisions in a state of fear leaves you susceptible to predatory practices, and paralysis of inaction – trusting others more than yourself.

Slow down, rely on solid sources (ie: @moldfindersradio), gather information, and hold the belief.✨ You can conquer mold!

TRANSCRIPT

This is going to be one of the weirdest videos I’ve ever done.

I’m out for a walk. Wisconsin winters, gotta love em.

It’s really dark and really foggy and I can only see a few feet in front of me even with my headlamp on here. And it got me thinking about mold and healing from mold and how it can feel like an insurmountable task.

And I just want to send this message to you to remind you that you don’t have to have it all worked out right now. All you have to do is know the next step or maybe two in front of you.

You don’t have to know the right inspector. You don’t have to know the perfect supplement. You don’t have to have the plan all laid out. You just have to hold the belief and the feeling of you being a healthy person. And that’s going to guide all the right decisions for you.

So just take the next logical step in front of you so you can conquer mold and take back your health!
