I’m stuck in mold, what do I do?
There are things you can do for faster recovery once you’re able to get out of mold. Dr. Jill created a course for your unique predicament. It’s not a replacement for removing yourself from mold, but Dr. Jill has seen people able to begin their recovery despite being in the moldy environment.
Kids in mold? Can I use the recommendations in her book for kids?
Not everything in the book, Break The Mold, is appropriate for children. Dr. Jill created a course just for kids.
