Citric Acid Issues?
Citric acid as a food additive plagues many people with food sensitivities. Unfortunately, many people with mold illness also struggle with it, because it’s synthesized from – you guessed – MOLD!
Exposure to the polluted air from a water-damaged building can heighten your sensitivity to eating or drinking things made from mold. Weird huh? What you breathe affects what you can eat.
