What should I take for my nervous system?

The best medicine for your nervous system isn’t a supplement – it’s free and always available:

Take a BREATH!

Follow my 30-3-3 principle.

We can go:

  • 30 days without food
  • 3 days without water
  • And only 3 minutes without air

Air is our most essential “nutrient”.

So first, breathe.

Other things to “take” for your nervous system.

💧 Drink water
🌳 Get outside
🌷 Connect with nature
🤗 Hug someone you love
🔶 Take a break from your devices

Nature first, supplements second. Your nervous system will thank you.

Do your nervous system wonders by simply taking a breath!
