Even though I preach that you MUST remove yourself from the mold exposure in order to get better (avoidance, avoidance, avoidance), right now that just may not be possible.

There are things you can try, based on animal research, to protect your cells. This study showed that adding a combination of certain nutrients to rat’s food – CoQ10, Vitamin E, Selenium, and L-carnitine – helps to protect rat cells from the full extent of mycotoxin damage. The combo was stronger than any alone.
