Stuck in mold doesn't mean stuck without a plan.

Most people are told to just get out — and yes, avoidance is still the number one key. But what if that's months away? In Dr. Jill's clinical experience, the right steps taken while still in exposure make a real difference in how you feel now and how fast you recover once you're finally out.

Dr. Crista
Dr. Crista

Yes, you should start treatment! . . . even before you get out. Dr. Jill explains with full confidence why starting solutions while still in exposure is not only helpful but necessary, and what the research actually shows about treating during mold exposure.

Dr. Crista

Your number one body priority while still in mold exposure? Number twos. Dr. Jill explains why hitting two bowel movements a day is non-negotiable — go too little and mycotoxins keep damaging your intestinal lining, go too much and you lose the nutrients you need to recover.

This course was so helpful in navigating how to handle health issues and feel hope while still living in mold. We are since out of the moldy home, but it is amazing to know there are things that can be done if moving right away is not possible.

This book gave me hope and has been helping me to navigate my own mold exposure and illness. My naturopath recommended this book to me and it gives so much good information without fear mongering. It also gives hope that healing is possible.

Thank you for all your education on mold and mycotoxin's. I see a NP and she has been helpful but I look to your book and guidance as often as possible, and I have learned more from these resources than my Doctor. I know I am suffering long term as I deal with neurological sx. I have been battling for now for a little less than a year. I am better but still have a ways to go. I hope to eventually take most of your classes and "break the mold and take back my health"
Thank you again.

Dr Jill Crista's course about the 9 things to do while in mold is empowering. It is a life line; it is a needed bridge . Her imaginative comparisons to explain her concepts are very helpful. Her smiling personality is encouraging. I am grateful to have come across her work. This course is practical and feasible. You can start implementing it right away, for example by using your kitchen herbs and spices.

I’ve been on such a journey with my natural path for nine months. This one class was so helpful and such an eye-opener to see what I have been doing that has been hampering my progress. I am so grateful to Dr. Crista pointing me in the right direction to start relieving my body of the Mold!

After a year of being on mold recovery protocols and remediation, I was devastated to see my mycotoxin levels actually increase. After an 8 hour home inspection process with a mold sniffing dog, we found more mold. As we start the remediation yet again I was incredibly relieved to learn there are practical strategies to help while living with mold. My high anxiety levels were tamed a little bit. Thank you Dr Crista

The course '9 Things to Know While Still in Mold' by Dr. Jill Crista was really helpful for me. My parents, who are well over 80, still live in mold and feel overwhelmed by remediation or moving house (well actully they are in denial that they live in mold even after I did a ERMI/HERTSMI test in their bedroom).
I know that the number one thing to recover from mold illness is to remove yourself from that environment but that is just not happening for my parents so the tips she gives in the course are really helpful. Dr. Jill breaks down complex information in a way that's clear and practical.

I’m so grateful to have stumbled across Dr. Crista’s work. Her podcasts with Dr. Carnahan, the Core 4 for PANDAS and PANS videos on her website, and both of her books are a Godsend. I now have a much clearer picture of what is going on with my child, why she struggles so much, and what to do to try to help her. And this is after 12 years, much soul searching, different kinds of therapies, all of the parenting techniques, social ostracism, and getting no help from our pediatrician. Thank you, Dr. Crista, for making this information available so affordably. Knowledge is power and I am gratefully and joyfully empowered to help my child now.

I am looking at Dr. Jill's book "Break the Mold" as it is sitting on my desk right next to my computer keyboard. I've read about 2/3rds of it already. That's a miracle because my mold brain makes reading difficult!!

It's a great book and I was looking for more. Specifically, I wanted to know what I could do in the interim period - before I've figured out if my current home is causing any continued problems.

I know that my mold problems come from decades of living in moldy homes and from five years of driving a moldy car. I can also smell musty smells from the guest room in my current home (which I share with my mother who is 85 and not likely to want to address any mold issues).

Is this house too moldy? Do I need to move? Where would I move to?

Dr. Jill's course "Still in Mold" has come at the perfect time to keep me safer while I answer these questions and then take future steps.

I am grateful for the course teaching me what I can do while still in mold.

Thank you.

Dr. Jill's course was very informative and practical. What I found most helpful was the way she presented the materials in a very understandable and easy to follow format as well as offering solutions with many common and available items like herbs and spices. A must listen to for anyone was has mold exposure.

Very insightful and great info! My favorite part was learning about all the natural food based remedies- Mother Nature is such a healer! Going to watch again when I can take notes 😁 . It’s also such a comfort to know things can be done while still in mold, was beginning to feel hopeless until I can get out! I have my exit plan, but it will still be a few months!

Dr. Crista's calm and clear manner of communication empowers you with the knowledge you need to protect yourself and your family's health while figuring out how to get out of mold. Especially helpful is the section on establishing microbial order through nasal sprays, gentle antifungals, and probiotic gut support. Highly recommend.

It was helpful because we are still living in it and I am so stressed how to help myself and my 4 kids with limited budget due to all the mold/mycotoxin issues.

Dr. Crista has been one of my go-to sources of information on addressing mold illness. I am a hypersensitive individual who finds her natural methods and supplements more helpful than other "gold standard" recommendations I have seen. I do think her course, 9 Things to Know while Still in Mold would be helpful to many folks. For me, it was helpful because my mold problem wasn't so extensive that we had to flee immediately but given my current level of sensitivity (I am definitely a mold colonizer of many decades duration), her recommendations offered me a way to protect myself and improve my symptomology while the house is fixed. I also believe that Dr. Crista has a level of authenticity, trustworthiness, and expertise that makes me feel confident in following her recommendations. I am grateful for her dedication to this health condition! SKS
