Endotoxins impede bile formation

In my last email about the intention behind the toxin, I mentioned that Endotoxins aren’t formed with malicious intent. They’re like left-over garbage, not like the purposeful poison of mold mycotoxins.

While this is the case, Endotoxins still wreak their own havoc.

When it comes to healing from mold, Endotoxins add an extra barrier. They inhibit bile formation!🤦🏻‍♀️

Now you may know I’m obsessed with bile. Bile is the fluid our liver makes to capture fat-soluble toxins to be pooped out. We need bile, and lots of it – especially for mold recovery.

Where do the Endotoxins come from?
From water-damaged buildings or from our own small intestines if there’s bacterial overgrowth, or SIBO – a common result of mold exposure.

Many people exposed to mold are also exposed to Endotoxins.

So what do you do?
2 things were shown to help in studies:
1- ✋🏻 block Endotoxin absorption with bioflavonoids
2- ⛲️ make and move more bile
(and of course if you have SIBO, treat it)

Let’s break it down.

Bioflavonoids like quercetin were shown in a psoriasis study to block the absorption of Endotoxins, thereby reducing symptoms.
🤔Hmmm, that’s funny. We use Nettle Hist-Tone which contains quercetin for mold recovery.

In the same study, taking bile as a supplement broke up Endotoxin inside the intestinal lumen, where all the digestive action happens.
🤔Hmmm, even more of a coincidence. We use Bile Movers for mold recovery.

Bioflavonoids and bile movers do all this and more for mold. They’re 2 of the tools in my mold book for a reason. Using nature as medicine allows you to use a few seemingly simple tools to accomplish many different tasks, so you can break the mold and take back your health.
