We really need to talk about this spray and pray method. I did my own little independent study where I had a board in my own basement from my remediation that we did just scraping off the material, HEPPA vacc’d it and used the spray called MSR or Mold Stain Resistor. And then let it sit for a month and then took samples from both sides and would you believe it the spray and pray side got watered or something because we had two additional species of mold on the treated board then we did on the original board. No more spray and pray guys.
