When In Doubt, Cut It Out: Mold Remediation

When In Doubt, Cut It Out: Mold Remediation

Dr. Jill Crista takes a look at remediation techniques that work, and those that don’t.

TRANSCRIPT

Talking about remediation. All remediators and all people who need remediation, I want you to hear this: When in doubt, cut it out. If there is material in your house that’s been affected by mold, you need to get that material out of your house. No more using spray and pray or seal and deal methods. You must get that material cut out of your house. You’re much better off living in a house with exposed rafters than a house with sick material.
