Manage Humidity to Avoid Mold in Your Home

Today we’re talking about relative humidity in a home. That’s the number one condition that you need to get mold and I’m talking toxic mold. Mold that makes you sick. That’s the number one thing that you need in your house is high relative humidity. So the number one way that you can protect yourself and your family from getting mold in your house is to manage humidity. That means, if you’re going to take a shower, turn a fan on; you’re going to cook some pasta, turn the vent on. Keep everything dry in your house if possible. Keep wet towels off the floor.
