Refund policy
We want you to feel supported on your health journey. If an order isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Once the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse, it’s in their care and no longer ours. All damage or loss from shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.
Product Returns
Unopened, inspected, and approved products may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. To begin a return, email support@drcrista.com before sending anything back.
Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
After we receive your return, products will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the product cost, less the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 10–15 business days from the time the return is shipped for processing.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original box and all contents, and contact us right away with your order details. Photos of the damage help us with quality review and training.
Digital Content
All digital content is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that no more than 25% of the course modules or handouts have been viewed or downloaded.
To initiate a refund, simply email support@drcrista.com within 30 days and we will refund your purchase.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
