We want you to be completely satisfied. We strive to provide you with content of the highest standard. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our offerings, simply contact us within 30 days from the ship or purchase date, let us know what the issue was, and we will initiate a return or exchange where applicable.

Product Returns:

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier company.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. You may return unopened product by contacting us at support@drcrista.com to initiate a return. Returned products will be inspected and if cleared, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product less return shipping and restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of its contents then contact us immediately with the order details. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We request pictures of damages for coaching and training purposes.

Returns or exchanges may take 10-15 business days from the time the return is shipped for processing.

Digital Content:

All of our digital content comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee, as long as not more than 25% of the course modules or handouts were viewed or downloaded. If for any reason you feel like the program was not a good fit for you, we are happy to return the full purchase price. Simply contact us at support@drcrista.com to initiate a refund.
