CLICK TO SEE THE OPTIONSI really enjoyed Dr. Jill’s course. The information was so very helpful – things that I was never taught and now I feel better equipped to handle! Dr. Jill is also an excellent presenter – very engaging and charmingly quirky! She kept me engaged the whole course!
Thanks for a great course. I really enjoyed the material and how you presented it- it felt manageable and interesting! It’s rare to complete a course in a new subject and feel pretty prepared to take it on with patients. Thank you!
This has been such a great course. I’m still going back and listening again and again as I have several people who are mold sick already in the practice. I can’t imagine navigating their treatment without Dr Jill’s course!

Case Report: Antifungal Agents in the Treatment of Asthma and Allergy After Water-Damaged Building Exposure
Abstract
Damp and moisture-damaged building exposure has been linked to adverse health effects, primarily related to respiratory complications from mold spore reactions. This paper describes a case of a previously healthy man who was exposed to a home with hidden mold infestation and remained symptomatic following proper remediation. The patient presented with allergies, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, and treatment resistant asthma, as well as other non-respiratory symptoms likely related to inhalational mycotoxin exposure from his home. In this case, the addition of systemic and intranasal antifungals improved both respiratory and non- respiratory symptoms. Antifungals were used for a longer duration than customary and in combination with factors that addressed drug resistance. (Alternative Therapies in Health & Medicine, September 2023 Vol. 29 No. 6)

Beyond Brain Damage: Endocrine effects of traumatic brain injury
Abstract
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) incidence and survivorship is on the rise, leading to an increase in people suffering from post-TBI complications and post-concussion syndrome. Regardless of severity, the injury event can also damage endocrine tissue in the brain, causing downstream endocrine dysregulation in nearly half of all TBI cases. Recognition and management of the endocrine sequelae provides a possible pathway to alleviate post-TBI symptoms.
