Dr. Jill’s Commentary
Once affected by a mold exposure, it can be tough to get your health back. Even after remediating or leaving the moldy environment, some people remain sick. Mold “long-haulers” struggle with residual inflammation, lymphatic congestion, and microbial imbalances due to biofilm lying beneath the surface. Water-damaged buildings host toxic biofilms, which are shared with its inhabitants. When you become the sick building, it can create a blockade to restoring resilient health.
This formula was carefully chosen to combine biofilm agents as well as things to quell the inflammation that often accompanies “die-off”. As I talk about in my book, Break The Mold, the biofilm matrix that protects the various bad guy biofilm microbes is made up of minerals and proteins. In order to access the bad guys, proteolytic enzymes are included to help dissolve the matrix. In addition, nutrients and herbs with a long tradition of use in supporting a healthy immune response and normal lymphatic flow are included.
A word of caution, if you are sensitive to enzymes that may have been synthesized from fungus, this is not the formula for you.
From The Book
Here are some key points from my book, Break The Mold, so you can see how these FIGHT tools fit into a mold recovery plan.
This picture best describes the steps to recover your health after a toxic mold exposure.
The first solution is to AVOID mold!
AVOIDANCE means getting away from the mold.
FUNDAMENTALS involve specific foods and lifestyle factors that can greatly improve your ability to conquer mold.
PROTECT and REPAIR is accomplished with targeted nutrients to manage the toxic damage from mycotoxin exposure.
FIGHT means conquering fungal overgrowth in your body.
