The masterclass to finally break the SIBO cycle.

If you’ve treated SIBO more than once and it keeps coming back… there’s usually a deeper reason.

  • Learn when antimicrobials help (and when they don’t)
  • Support gut motility and function
  • Address mold as a root cause

Includes 1-year access to the recording.

Come ready to take notes. Your gut will thank you.

This Masterclass is intended for members of the public. It is not a practitioner-level training course.

If your SIBO keeps coming back, there's usually a deeper reason.

Most protocols focus on what's growing in the wrong place. But the more important question is — why is it allowed to grow there in the first place? When mold is part of the picture, it changes the gut environment in ways that make overgrowth keep coming back no matter how many times you treat it. And when the gut stops moving the way it should, things don't clear. They sit. They ferment. They overgrow.

Small Intestinal Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO) is the SIBO type most often missed when standard treatment fails — and the one with the strongest overlap with mold exposure. Dr. Jill explains what makes SIFO different and why it matters for your recovery.

Dr. Crista

SIBO isn't one condition. It's a whole spectrum, defined by the type of gas produced, the type of organism involved, and how your body is responding. No more guessing which type you have. No more one-size-fits-all treatment. Just a clear picture of what's actually going on in your gut.

Here's What You'll Learn

Great, but....

I found Dr. Crista on Youtube about 2+ months ago. I have read her book and watched a ton of interviews. I am so grateful for her knowledge. Unfortunately I am struggling with a proper protocol to be on. I have started to work with a new doctor (that has been trained w/Crista), but it is telehealth and feels so rushed on the meetings...I just am not confident that I am following the best path to clear the SIBO and mold. I wish the Master Video had an actual protocol, including diet plan. I am following Dr. Ruscio's Low Sulfur diet, along with all the natural antifungals, but am unsure how long to be on it.
And am I needing to retest just Gliotoxin before deciding to bring sulfur back into my diet, which I understand is needed to detox the other molds that I have.
I have a lot of notes from this SIBO & Mold video, but putting it together in a 'plan' is where I am still lost.
Thank you Dr. Crista for your cheery and down-to-earth personality. You are easy to follow, and make me feel so much smarter after spending time with you during your interviews and videos.
