8:33 Would you prefer a newly built house or one that has been lived in previously for 10- 25yrs?
22:46 Do you think MMC builds (modern method construction under controlled environments in terms if humidity, temp, etc) which build with brick & concrete , wood or steel, has less chance of mold risk than being builds on site? There are some developers building like this it seems in uk. One example in UK is legalandgeneral.com/modular-homes.
How To Build A Safe Home Course
25:06 I am building a new home and there was a question regarding spray foam insulation in the attic or the regular blown insulation. I am curious about this from a mold perspective.
29:13 My question is how can we keep mold from growing in cracks and caulking of window sills for those of us that live in cold climates and condensation builds up often? Despite wiping out the water and keeping indoor humidity around 30%, there is mold that forms on window caulking and cracks. Spray with concromium?
34:34 I have just ordered an air quality monitor to measure what is going on inside my flat. How do I know that it’s testing the actual inside & not what’s coming from outside- through walls etc? Then until I can find if there is still a specific mould source how can I treat what is in the air generally?
38:38 There is this strange odor in my house in two places (one in a hallway near the return air vent and a bathroom, and the other in the kitchen (another bathroom is close by). It doesn’t smell in the bathrooms. We have done 7 remediations in our house in the last 7 years. The last time my mold inspector came out (Anna Branch), she can’t seem to find anymore sources of mold- but she didn’t crawl in our crawl space), what would the next thing we should do to uncover where the smell is coming from. It smells much worse after it rains. Anna suggested doing pathway testing before she goes into the crawl space. Is this the next step you would advise? She doesn’t normally crawl into the crawl spaces without some direction on where to look, which I understand. I’ve contemplated calling the mold guys to come out for another opinion, but I really respect Anna and the work she does, and not sure I want to involve another inspector.
44:42 So, I have “remediated” my house for mold four times now. I keep having issues. I have heard because my house is stucco that it is porous and if there are any cracks, water will get into the walls. And since it was built in the early 80’s, then the drywall is old and not the mold resistant drywall that exists now, so that if I really want to get the mold out 100%, I will have to open up every single wall in my house and redo the whole inside of all the walls? Is this true?
47:55 I’ve already had my basement unsuccessfully remediated. Upon additional testing and multiple mold inspector recommendations, we are confused as to what to do next after finding different mold in the basement and more mold throughout the house.
The house was built in 2015, but we had a bad builder. We have had about a dozen leaks - the roof multiple times, the basement multiple times, all the doors, the siding of the house, internal leaks in the bathrooms. You name it, it’s leaked. Long story short, there’s mold everywhere. The one point of contention with remediation companies is the attic. The air samples are bad in the attic - the mold species is aspergillus/penicillium. But when you drill into the floor, and take an air sample of the insulation under the attic floor, it contains 4.8 million spores of aspergillus/penicillium!!!
Some companies say we DO NOT need to remediate the attic because there is ventilation and mold gases rise. And the mold is contained (kind of) in the floor. And the attic is so far from me on the first floor. They also said to make sure attic is cleaned and the HVAC sealed to make sure there’s no openings for mold to get in and that’s it. Other companies say we have to take the HVAC out and rip the attic floor up and take out the insulation. So the question is, do you remediate attics?
I know the rest of the house has to be remediated. It’s the attic that companies are telling us different things.
52:05 HRV’s (heat recovery ventilator) and ERV’s (energy recovery ventilator)
55:36 I have heard because my house is stucco that it is porous and if there are any cracks, water will get into the walls. And since it was built in the early 80’s, then the drywall is old and not the mold resistant drywall that exists now, so that if I really want to get the mold out 100%, I will have to open up every single wall in my house and redo the whole inside of all the walls? Is this true?

2:25 Product review - Spring Aqua
10:27 Can we we put something in the inspire vault that says best time of day, with or without food, with or away from other meds, etc for the most common meds? Or like if, for example, Lumbrokinase should be taken 30 min (or whatever) before the antifungal…or if the antifungal should be taken a certain amount of time before a binder. I’m struggling with all my pills.
15:18 How likely is it that mold ill patients are reacting to only one or more types of mold, but don’t have reactions to others? What percentage of mold ill people are actually sick due to mycotoxins, but aren’t that bothered by low to medium concentrations of mold itself?
17:03 What's the main symptom of Aspergillosis?
19:14 What are some less expensive ways to structure water until you can get the system?
20:27 Is treatment for endotoxins in the body different to mycotoxins if results show abnormal high levels of endotoxins in the body?
22:03 Any suggestions for insoluble fibers aside from rice bran, oat bran, psyllium, and basically anything that is suggested in the book? I seem to be sensitive to all of them, and I NEED the fiber.
23:35 Do you see a role for resistant starch in mold treatment (or general health)? Whats the difference or relationship, if any, between insoluble fiber and resistant starch please?
25:05 I am taking a teaspoon twice a day of professional formulas Phyllanthus to help lower clostridia markers. Is that enough, or should I be taking it more often? ( I will be adding Nigela Sativa next to help knock these nasty critters down.)
26:01 Generally speaking, and from a high level perspective, what would you recommend for someone on a budget (in terms of which supplements to prioritize)?
27:00 I am, we think, towards the end of my mold healing journey. However, we’re debating a round of antifungals to be sure as some markers such as MMP-9, c3a and c4a are still really high and rising. I do have Lyme and Bartonella likely from many years ago.
I recently tried to do a Quicksilver liver and kidney detox to make sure everything is moving properly before taking the antifungals and I quickly got a reaction that felt maybe more Lyme and Bart’y rather than mold. Symptoms were:
- Bottoms of feet burning and sensitive
- Feel like my brain is shaking ?!
- My ears themselves are sensitive (feel like my pillow is too hard for them)
- Peeing 6ish times/night
- Constant, low grade headache
- Intermittently irritable/angry/mean
- Significant short term memory issues
- Traveling muscle aches and tension
- Numb hands overnight
- Sudden onset Insomnia
Could it be an indication that I’m starting to detox Lyme and Bart and I am in fact past most of the mold and I should skip the antifungals and move on to treating Lyme and Bart instead? Are those bloodwork markers indicative of things other than mold?
I stopped that detox and I’m easing back into it very slowly.
31:05 My microbiome has been depleted from years of antibiotics and strong herbal ones, what are the best herbal protocols now to use to clear the overgrowth of Cándida and to clear sibo that won’t further damage my microbiome. I’m also dealing with a motility issue I got from food poisoning (positive anti vinculin antibody) and can only eat 10 foods without uncomfortable digestive issues.
33:28 At what point in the mold protocol can one start to resume a broader diet adding in things like grain?
36:22 I am high in Mycophenolic acid(MPA) from penicillium mold and Gliotoxin. Do you have any suggestions for binders for MPA? What do you think is the best way to approach it?
37:52 Interestingly enough, I’m not sure I’m a slow responder anymore. Since I’ve moved many times and mold exposure is low right now, I react more quickly to some moldy environments but not others. Is this common?
39:00 Can you talk about fungus balls ?
39:53 How would you diagnose aspergillosis versus aspergillus colonization please?
41:09 Which mycotoxins/molds are most likely to cause weight loss? I’ve been 15 lbs underweight for a year.
41:53 I finally succumbed to Covid over Xmas- still sufferingoverwhelming fatigue, new asthma and muscle & bladder spasm worse. Am 73 & immune compromised- low most things-IgA/NK cells etc. Help!! I take Apixaban & low dose prednisolone- will they affect what I can take eg astragalus? I also had Klebsiella in stool test prior to Covid. What will get rid of that?
44:22 How do you differentiate mold-related hormone issues from perimenopause? My doctor put me on compounded progesterone to help with sleep (it didn't) and suggested I double the dose to see if that helps (it doesn't). I have made tremendous improvements in my sleep while detoxing mold, but seem to go through flares of insomnia the week before menses. It feels more like a mast cell flare to me, but not sure if/how that is related to hormones during that time of the month. I am treating high levels of several mycotoxins, including Zearalenone, and also Candida overgrowth.
47:18 I can’t find butyrate online in the herbal companies that were previously suggested. Where can I buy it from?
47:36 I have worked hard, for almost a year, to get my gut microbiome in better shape. I have to have a colonoscopy next month and I’m thinking so much of what I have accomplished will be down the tubes (pun intended). Any tips on how I might better prepare before and manage after the procedure?
48:50 Does it take longer to detox if you don’t have a gallbladder?
49:45 Could you talk about mold, dehydration, high hemoglobin +hematocrit + red blood cells, and why I pee so much?
52:02 How would you treat mold in the lungs? If a person has developed asthma that is.
52:52 I’m getting plenty of diversified fiber (including insoluble fiber) in my regular diet with no adverse effects. (I calculated it a few months ago- don’t remember the numbers but they lined right up with Datis Kharrazian’s recommendations for fiber intake.) Based on that I’m inclined to rule out SIBO and SIFO. (Does this seem like a reasonable assumption?). I’ve been trying to increase insoluble fiber to help with mycotoxin removal. (Other binders have backfired.) The problem is that whenever I add even the slightest bit of additional fiber (eg, 1/4 tsp of additional chia, or < 1/8 tsp of propolmannan powder, for example), I get awful gas. As in, lots and lots of it, and really really stinky! In the absence of constipation. What do you think might be causing this? Should I persevere with adding fiber? If yes, is there anything you’d recommend that might make the fiber more tolerable (both for myself and others!)?
55:25 Have Lyme and recovering from mold exposure. Only 1 current mycotoxin left in system Sterigmatocystin (STC) have been feeling better overall. All of the sudden I’ve been experiencing new symptoms. Similar to original onset of mold /Lyme symptoms:
- circulation issues
- pins / needles / numbness / tingling
- occasion aches & pains / joint pain
- a lymph node slightly popped up
Trying to piece all this together. Only NEW thing I’ve done is started chiropractic treatment. Could this be stirring the dust up and causing this or do I need to explore more testing again - just did mycotoxin Test in December along with total tox. All this has only been happening last week or 2.
56:50 My son is on NT Factor Energy from researched nutritionals. Fatigue and brainfog are some of his issues. I am not sure if he is ready to work on his mitochondria yet. How can you tell if someone is ready and is arginine possibly a problem when someone has a genetic predisposition for upregulation of the NOS gene? He did well the first 4 days and after that he crashed. This coincided with a visit to his dad (there is mold in the house unfortunately but I can’t keep him away from his dad, he is only there 6 days a year). I stopped the supplement but want to start again to help him with his energy.
58:43 Can you take d ribose if have candida?

15:48 I was looking for oat bran, and came across “oat-fiber”… which apparently contains much higher percentage of insoluble fiber than the bran. Would you recommend the fiber over the bran for any particular reading?
17:25 What if the SHBG hormone is very high?
18:45 Oats in general cause me to bloat and feel nauseous for few hours?
20:12 I have had vitiligo since the age of 8. It always stayed dormant until I had mold toxicity and stress resulting from it. What can I do to heal from vitiligo? Once I see a new area of vitiligo or a long term spot, it’s nearly impossible to make it go away.
23:11 My doctor tested the levels of fibrinogen in my blood. In October it was 193 mg/dL (nearly normal). In December it was 133 mg/dl. My liver enzymes (ALT-17, AST-17,AP - 77) and levels of albumin are in normal range. I do not experience gum or nose bleeding. Are there any herbs that might cause the low levels of fibrinogen? What would you recommend to your patient?
26:21 Sinus Question: For weeks I did a nasal rinse with Lugol's Iodine. I tried a number of things but still got fluid behind my eardrums. I switched to CitriDrops and Colloidal Silver spray. I have done like you recommend and lay on the right side, left side and head down between my knees. I still get fluid build-up behind my eardrums. Any suggestions? Would a nebulizer be better for me?

29:30 Differentiation between thyroid dysfunction and mitochondria dysfunction due to mold?
31:19 My globulin, alkaline phosphatase, and white blood cell count have been low on every lab test since my mold exposure — all indicators of immune deficiency! What are the most effective supplements and/or therapies to improve these values and strengthen my immune system?
34:04 When do you suggest someone introduce EDTA nasal spray? I asked my Dr to prescribe it but using herbal sprays seems to be going ok, but when to know to “upgrade” to EDTA + Amphotericin
36:22 According to my latest OAT I have high HPHPA, most likely from clostridia as those markers were also high. I have read that this also affects how dopamine HVA is processed, and can result in high dopamine. Could knocking back the clostridia correct this issue? Could this be why I reacted so negatively to LDN, as it is said to increase dopamine (I think)?
37:52 Re psyllium husks - I use organic India brand, available on amazon. Seems clean.
38:06 How to spell the supplement she just mentioned for autoimmune?
39:03 Do you have any experience/knowledge re headaches and neck tension as a side effect of LDN? I've had this reaction twice when trying it in low doses, and would love to find a work-around.
39:35 LDN interferes with sleep for some people. What is the best way of avoiding sleep issues?
39:49 Do you still recommend Ivermectin for COVID?
41:14 Last week she suggested a pretty strong sinus spray with many potent herbs that could be used in place of amphotercin b and edta. I was just curious if you can clear the sinus issues if you were just to use Xclear and citri drops, or do we have to use something super strong?
42:37 I know that I need an anti-fungal, but I don’t know which one to use. Could you recommend one?
See Oral Antifungals document in the From The Books folder in the Inspire Vault.
44:19 Is Veganaise ok with organic Apple Cider vinegar? If not, a good substitution?
44:53 I have been having a rough few weeks with mold symptoms. Pretty bad brain fog, fatigue, and recently my Gallbladder acting up, way more than normal. I'm taking a specific Chinese herbal formula and doing points which definitely relieves the symptoms, however, as soon as off herbs, comes back. Can you explain, and possible suggestions...of course I realize that you are not diagnosing, consulting or prescribing.
47:45 What has helped your patients who struggle with crippling autoimmune joint pain and stiffness? I struggle with this in addition to sensitivities to food, supplements, medications, and difficulty tolerating treatments for my underlying ailments which include borrelia, bartonella, babesia, mycoplasma, mold, SIBO, SIFO, and MCAS. I'm eating an autoimmune paleo diet and I'm out of mold.
51:21 I have lupus and mast cell. My doctor has been encouraging me to get on LDN but I’m nervous about adding another drug due to the possibility of a mast cell reaction. In your experience, do most people tolerate it well?
51:54 I have avoided anything fermented for about 2 yrs, and recently tried coconut yoghurt in small tablespoons for 2 consecutive days and then the following week 2 days (with 1 day gap), everything else I have eaten has always been the same ingredients apart from re-introducing celery and parsnips 2 wks ago. It was only 2 days after the last time I ate coconut yoghurt that I had diarrhea and the following day. And I’ve not had this for about 1.5 to 2 yrs. Is it possible this is from coconut yoghurt or celery or parsnip?
53:44 is risk of clotting because of covid exposure or the vaccine? How long after either event is one at risk of clotting?
54:12 There is a great LDN facebook group for more info. Typical does is 4.5 mg, but many people work up to it. I have taken it at night since it helped with my sleep and if anything, it prevents mast cell activation as I have suffered from high histamine.
54:20 Do you prefer the OAT test from Great Plains are Vibrant Wellness?
55:09 In an earlier Q&A (August 19, 2021) Dr. Jill said that if you still have chronic fatigue 3-4 month after starting mold treatment, the fatigue is not caused by mold but by viruses. Is this always the case? Or can mold cause a more persistent chronic fatigue in some people (that maybe stays until the body is cleared of mycotoxins/mold), or could there be other things, besides viruses, that causes the fatigue? My main symptom is chronic fatigue and it would be very helpful to understand if there could be things that I am missing. But I did get rather high numbers on my last real time test.
58:48 Do you know what causes cavitations? I had my first surgery with Dr. Nunnally in Texas in 2019. Now, I've just had my second surgery.

1:21 Product Review - SinuPower by Physician’s Strength
See Nasal Options for Mold handout in the Frequently Asked Questions folder in the Inspire Vault
7:19 For the last month my forearms have been hurting/aching. They don’t usually hurt as bad, or at all, when I wake up and progressively get worse through the day. It’s exacerbated with activity like brushing or washing my hair. Feels like they get “tired” and are tight. Along with this I also feel like I have a lump in my throat- globus sensation. I can still swallow. No reflux or heartburn. What on earth is up (dare I assume mycotoxins?) and what can I do to help with these symptoms?
12:17 Is diffusing bee propolis a good idea for protecting against mold exposure (while we’re waiting for the remediation to be done)? If so, do you have any specific product recommendations for diffusing bee propolis?
AromaTru makes a water-free diffuser that you can combine up to 4 different oils
14:29 There is a nasal spray with oil of oregano that I have used. It is strong, however how does Dr. Jill feel about that?
15:40 I sporadically experience a pressured heart rate (not increased blood pressure or heart rate) for a few hours after each time I eat. It can happen for days to weeks, and doesn’t seem to always correlate to something I'm eating. What could be causing it and is there something I could take to help it?
See Mast Cell Managers list in the From The Books folder in the Inspire Vault
20:43 Every time I use a nasal spray, most of it immediately drips down the back of my throat. I have the same problem with a neti pot. My nasal and sinus passages must be plumbed wrong! How can I keep the spray solution where it should be? Could you please demonstrate, if at all possible?
26:35 What recommendations do you have to improve lung function with mold induced asthma?
31:07 Since starting the “Fight” phase of the detox, my urine has smelled kind of like when you eat asparagus but I haven’t eaten any asparagus. Any significance to this that you know of?
32:50 When I eat sulphur foods I pass rotten egg smelly wind. Really important re foods & supplements. How can I treat if a) mycotoxin b) klebsiella c) other?
See Gliotoxin Fact Sheet in the Fact Sheets folder in the Inspire Vault
36:00 I have seen you talk about the neuroquant before. You have talked about how there can be areas of the brain that are inflamed (enlarged). What does smaller volume portions of the brain mean? Also, what about low white matter?
43:06 Does every person with mold issues have mast cell issues?
44:00 What do you recommend for Candida issues? I’ve been experiencing urinary urgency for months and I think it might be related to candida, but I haven’t been tested for it yet.
44:44 I was able to put my Lyme into the box a few months ago. It is based on the lack of symptoms and results from Igenex. I am still taking 20 drops of J. Knotweed and Cryptolepis twice a day while detoxing from mold. Do you recommend your patients to take J. Knotweed and/or Cryptolepis on and off or all the time once they clear their bodies from mold?
46:00 Does it work if you put nasal spray on q-tip and then wipe the inside of your nose with the q-tip?
47:46 When do I know when to move to more intense things (i.e pharmaceuticals)? I’m using anti-fungal teas and herbs but certain things I have used like Beyond Balance products give me a migraine.
49:51 In the past, I used a compounded edta and amphotercin b in an atomizer to treat my sinuses. It was a tough treatment to get through but ended up helping more than anything else to clear the fungus out. I am not able to do this treatment again and had another exposure in my home this year. I know there are a lot of other options, but I was wondering what you feel is most comparable to the treatment I did. I ordered the Citridrops Nasal Spray and was going to use that with the Xclear I already use. I want to use something I don’t have to make if possible. I’ve used a lot of silver in the past, so I’m hesitant to use that as well.
50:06 When I go into my kitchen or bathroom, my muscles ( mainly in my back) go into painful spasm - is this a mycotoxin symptom and what specifically can I do to help please. No overt signs of mould.
51:18 I have been doing herbal (thyme and oregano) inhalation 10-15 minutes and then doing one spray each of Citidrops Nasal Spray in nasal passages. I have found that I feel like I am getting a chest cold (cough a bit more dry) and nose is really stuffy and have to blow my nose alot in morning to clear open nasal passages again. Is this a common response to nasal treatment. I always feel so much better for awhile after dong my inhalation treatment (breathe easier with nose and lungs).
52:34 Recent mycotoxin report is reading Sterigmatocystin (STC) at 1.23. I know I have lived in a WDB for years and we are now out but in an apartment, as safe as can be. The ermi wasn't perfect but ....? What's my best plan of action for while here and how to address this? I also have Lyme
See Aflatoxin Fact Sheet in the Fact Sheets folder in the Inspire Vault
53:25 What do you recommend as a first step for a teenager who is showing signs of mold illness? I am concerned for a family who had moldy drywall from a pipe leak in an inconspicuous corner of their finished basement, adjacent to the kids' hang-out area. It was remediated once found, but I suspect the family was exposed for a while before discovering it. One is exhibiting lots of "new" allergy symptoms that are not resolving, including IgE reaction to mold per serum testing. I want to help without setting off unnecessary alarms.
See Mold In Kids Course For Parents — free to members
54:42 I have 5 times the amount of Aspergillus (Ochratoxin A) and 10 times the amount of Mycophenolic Acid due to water damage in various parts of my house and also work. My house was remediated 6 times over the years, but not my work yet. I finally have left my job, but am still experiencing brain fog/scrambles, high anxiety, and am now having super tingly hands and feet - off and on, this is a new symptom. I have heard this could be pesticide related also? Once I clear the mold, will it go away? I am clearing mold by using nystatin anti-fungal up my nose, then taking a liver sauce cleanse, then taking binders and going in my sauna. It’s my understanding this will eventually clear the mold completely out of my body? I am just concerned about the tingly hands and feet since I have removed myself from the area where there was mold, but I guess I can experience symptoms as long as mold is still in my body?
57:04 Do you find the mould can make some people unable to absorb b12 well enough? My practitioner wishes me to take B12 injections because of the pins and needles & numbness sensations still continuing and says its a sign of lack of b12.
58:18 I have not taken an antibiotic for a long time and have a wound on my leg that was getting more inflamed so was prescribed Cephalexin for 10 days. After I started taking it I looked it up and discovered that this one is also made from mold. Could that affect me mold-wise since I am healing from mold exposure? Also, the wound is taking a very long time to heal. Could that in part be due to my mold exposure that I am still dealing with in my body?
1:00:58 You mentioned grating an almost frozen carrot to make an ear poultice for glue ear. Would carrot seed essential oil with carrier oil massaged around ear work in a similar way?

3:14 Lab review - MPA (Mycophenolic acid)
11:35 Now that fungal markers are slowly going down, bacterial, Candida, and clostridia markers are rising, and making me feel dreadful. I did get the Phyllanthus for clostridia. What else might I add for bacterial overgrowth and Candida?
15:26 I am getting IV and taking 40 min to find vein and get it to give blood.any ideas intuitions about helping veins cooperate when many iv is needed.
16:16 We received your note about melatonin. I have heard that regular use of melatonin can reduce an individual’s own production. Is that correct? And can you recommend alternate ways of helping with sleep. My son is really struggling.
21:45 What do you know about cayenne pepper, ,is it helpful for circulation, does it help rid body of molds, mycotoxin, mucus. Any concerns since it is hot and spicy. How to build up tolerance.
23:08 Does MPA usually correlate with any particular molds à la mycotoxins and their respective mold species?
23:21 What are your favorite IV drips for recovering from mold? Which patients do you recommend them to? When during the process? How often?
26:32 My left ear has been itchy for years, worse when I itch it, and nothing the doctor gives me helps. I think it may be fungal. Is this like the sinuses, needing treatment or there’s a risk whole body supplement antifungals will be ineffective? Do you have recommendations for treatment?
28:03 I understand it's a sign that the immune system is growing stronger when a moldie "finally" gets a cold after a long time of not having one. Is the same true for other illnesses like a stomach flu? I have not been sick for 8 years (other than mold-sick) and had a stomach bug with vomiting this weekend. Wondering if that's a good sign, or just a bug.
30:43 Over the past few years, I've had occasional blurry vision, especially upon waking. Lately, it has advanced quite a bit and become a daily battle where much of the day my vision is blurry. I saw an ophthalmologist, and he didn't seem concerned and said my prescription for glasses was about the same. Is this associated with mold? If so, do you know what can be done about it?
34:15 For the last 10 months, I have been using (3 times a day with each major meal) 1 pill of Ortho Digestzyme that contains protease, amylase, lipase, Betaine HCl, Pepsin, Ox Bile, Bromelain and Papain. Will it make my pancreas sluggish? What are the long-term consequences of taking this supplement? My BMs are fantastic and I do not want to quit this supplement in the middle of my detox.
35:43 I notice that my lips get chapped so easily for instance, if I’m outside on a cold day for several minutes - that’s all it takes. Is this a sign of a depletion of something?
38:12 Dosing suggestion for the BodyBio Phospholipid Complex (in lieu of the other one that I can’t get out of the bottle once refrigerated that I can’t remember the name of right now, sorry!)
39:01 What's best brand of Phosphatidylserine do you recommend?
Ayu-Phos by Ayush Herbs
39:17 Should the circulatory trio (or just Hawthorne) help with Heart Rate Variability? Do moldies typically have issues with HRV and what can we do to improve?
40:26 Can you share How do you do the peroxide
40:44 Do you recommend a flu shot for those of us with Lyme and mold?
46:08 What were the eye products again?
46:45 Why do people's veins ( at least on the extremities ) who have had toxic mold exposure seem to be more swollen and prevalent than usual?
48:11 Do you suggest the supplement Bacopa for brain fog, and /or other symptoms due to mold?
48:56 I have floaters that are pretty significant that have popped up in the past year after several years of mold and parasite treatment. Is that something that could be connected or just age? All eye specialists say it’s typical.
50:16 Getting back to juicing… any general favorite ingredients as anti fungal?
50:56 In regard to the added fiber can you recommend other types than the ones listed in the book. I seem to have developed a sensitivity to brown rice, oat fiber seems to be constipating, too much flax lowers bp.
54:22 Can mycotoxins cause or contribute to excess hair loss?
55:30 Would that cause fatty liver?
55:39 I struggle with blood sugar issues (hypo & hyperglycemia). Earlier this year I was diagnosed with insulin resistance & have mostly been on a low carb diet, which I know you also recommend with mold. But since I started taking some of the Protect & Repair supplements listed in the book (Quercetin, Turmeric, Resveratrol, CoQ10...I also take NAC, Lysine & B vitamins for chronic Epstein Barr) I have been very hypoglycemic. I'm guessing it has something to do with the supplements because I can't think of anything else I'm doing differently. I do wear a continuous glucose monitor so I can watch what's happening. A piece of fruit use to spike my blood sugar & now I could drink a glass of orange juice & still not spike. I consider a spike above like 140. I use to sit in the 90s & go up to the 130s after a lower carb meal. Now I sit in the high 70s/low 80s & it takes a lot for me to get above 100. I know this is fine for some people but it makes me tired, dizzy, hot, hard to function etc.

2:39 Product Review - ION Sinus Support by Intelligence of Nature
5:53 I asked about hair loss before with my teenager. He’s had mold toxicity but his recent tests showed it’s not just aspergillus but now stachy. We don’t have stachy in our house so he must have gotten it from another location. You suggested he see Dr Sam Madeira but his office is so backed up with a long wait list right now. So we went to a functional medical Dr who did hormone blood work and said his hormone levels were normal. I have been giving him Nutrafol which isn’t really working well. I learned from somewhere zinc can help with hair regrowth. Any suggestions?
9:38 Is it ok for me to start adding back some quinoa and brown rice at this time? My Doc is away for a month, and when the doc she referred me to saw my blood work which indicated low GFR, and high Creatinine/Bun he suggested adding it.
10:42 What’s your opinion on doing ozone IV to help detox mold and other stuff. Is it safe? Herx reactions? Follow with a Vitamin C IV to help with detox.
13:34 I'm one of the hypersensitive people that try to detox carefully without triggering reactions. I can use the humic & fulvic acids and small amounts of chlorella. but I'm nervous to use stronger binders.I do believe the humic & fulvic minerals are likely binders because I tried to use them when i was already in a reaction and it compounded my symtoms. I recently tried chlorophyll drops (but took way too much) so I can verify that my 2 week histamine response to that was uncomfortable. But just bloating and itching-nothing too dramatic. I have not tried charcoal or clay type binders in a long time. I recently started the Liver Sauce from Quicksilver and was pleased to find that fatigue and headache was all I experienced .And I felt great the next day! I cut the dose to 1/2 tsp and now only feel fatigue and no headache. But I'm only using it 1-2x per week out of caution. I am using additional morning phase II liver detox support prior to taking Liver Sauce (calcium d glucarate, Glutathione, NAC), but not feeling brave enough for the recommended binder. I'm concerned about reabsorption. You once said that food can act as a binder so I'm using Purelean by Pure Encap. which has apple pectin, prune fiber and flax seed. Is that enough if add extra fruit & veggies the days I take liver sauce? Plus the humic & fulvic? Do you find sensitive people can use Liver Sauce without the recommended binders without issues? I have the C677T methylation at 60% variation and need to support my detox pathways.
17:15 Following shingles I have had ear block/hearing loss and equilibrium concerns, mild tinnitus for months now. Perhaps fungal contributes as I have had sinus and tooth infections prior to shingles. Is there an anti fungal herbal product or essential oil that would be recommended for ear health?

21:11 How long should you be on binders before adding a full body antifungal? Should this be a pharmaceutical. If so, what are some examples?
23:37 My toxin reports came back with only Gliotoxin at 1019.2. Do you think this is enough of a toxin to be causing issues or does everyone have some level mycotoxin inside them? At this level could this just be from Candida? Not sure whether it would be considered a high level.
See Gliotoxin Fact Sheet in the Fact Sheets folder in the Inspire Vault.
28:10 How can I determine whether I still have low stomach acid? I've been supplementing with Betaine HCl during every meal with no heartburn for almost a year.

32:12 Did you say Vit C is oxidative at higher than 25mg, or 25g?
32:24 What if you do get more constipated with insoluble fiber?
34:30 Please go into detail about Klebsiella - why it shows up on stool testing / where it came from, if that is the biofilm that causes yellow teeth and how to treat for a 9 year old if shown up on stool test. Is it important to re-test stool after treatment and if so, can you switch brands or should you stick with the same one?
My 9 year old son showed +1 klebsiella (no one else in family had this show up) on Doctor's Data at 7 years old, his teeth started turning yellow around 9 years old, he is recently struggling with his immune system (gets sick often and longer), and he recently started taking two caps of betadine HCL per meal because he was getting frequent stomach aches and feeling tired often and was feeling full more often with protein. Klebsiella and mold? I believe his ND had him on Interfase as well as oral biociden to treat the Klebsiella at 7 years old.
36:42 On your website I saw that you typically combine an antifungal in the morning, propolis mid-day and a biofilm agent at night. Could you please tell me what brands you use and what methods of delivery. Currently I am using CitriDrops with Xylitol in the am and pm. I am still looking for a mold doctor to help me with this. I have tested positive for marcons in the past with unsuccessful treatment.

39:01 I ramped up herbal antifungals (Y Formula 2 caps 3x/day and Garlic Assist 1 cap 3/day) to see if this helps with colonization. I've been taking Intraconazole and garlic for several months with minor improvement so trying higher doses of herbs. I'm also taking 2 caps of Biofilm Plus along with the herbs. I'm noticing fatigue and dizziness. Is this die-off or some other reaction, and should I adjust anything?
41:22 What group of people effected by mold (based on their symptoms) could benefit from Nrf2 modulator by Designs for Health?
42:25 I don't do well on a low carb diet. My system seems to slow down, I get headaches, and it affects my mood. But, I know a low carb diet (no potatoes and very little sweeteners, etc.) is recommended for moldies. Do you think I'm slowing my progress down by breaking these rules, or is it okay since I really seem to need a lot of carbs?
46:59 I’m starting to make some progress after several years of insomnia now that I’m finally healing from mold. In trying to incorporate melatonin per your recommendation (I’m at 1mg per night of the Quicksilver liposomal), I’m finding that on a frequent basis, I experience a loud banging noise from inside my head as I’m falling asleep. It startles me awake and then I’m quite disoriented for a few mins. What the heck is this and should I press on or bail on melatonin?
48:46 What is most likely to cause explosive crying tantrums in a pre-teen child? There is anger in the tantrums, but seem more anxiety-driven (overwhelmed) and there is no violence or destruction.
50:04 I am concerned about my recent GP OAT. Some of my fungal markers have come down, some have stayed the same, and Arabinose has slightly increased. I am assuming that it is because I am colonized and had just been on anti fungals for about 3-4 weeks when I tested. (I say colonized because I am a freak about keeping this house safe to the point that my brother, who is a plumber, is ready to strangle me. 😂) What’s concerning me is how much my bacterial and clostridia markers have risen, especially 4-Cresol and HPHPA. Yikes! How can I best address these bad bacterial bugs and Candida, while continuing to knock down the fungus among us?
51:34 Does melatonin decrease dopamine? I recently heard this somewhere
53:02 I took one capsule BodyBio Phosphatidylcholine two days ago and have had a headache ever sense. Any idea what gives with that?
56:07 Do you have a favorite Betaine HCl brand or formulation?
57:10 I did not know that treating shingles early on is helpful, but is that still the case for having both mold & borrelila Lyme? As far as I can tell I’m treating mold & Lyme & taking quite bit for these, so wonder if treating shingles is going to overburden or not?

3:03 What are the typical symptoms you see with MCAS? Is there lab work you do to confirm MCAS? Are there any other symptoms associated with infection? Are there symptoms with colonization? What is a typical “heavy handed” antimicrobial treatment with MCAS symptoms?
10:02 Is mold transferable through kissing and intercourse? Regarding kissing and intercourse or sharing foods and drinks, can you get re-infected?
12:44 I've noticed that constipation is better resolved by constant pressure on my lower back, like sitting in certain positions for periods of time. I also have relief of symptoms during my period for some reason. These things work better than anything else I've tried including food and supplements. Does this speak to a certain cause for the constipation, and is there anything more recommended to resolve this type of constipation?
16:26 I have attempted taking Takesumi Supreme twice and, for me, it’s like drinking cement because I won’t go to the bathroom for a couple of days even taking laxatives. I drink 64 oz of water a day. I wanted to try a heavier hitter than Spirulina but maybe I can’t. Any thoughts?

21:33 I have used an entire tube of Probelle on my fungus toenails. Recently my baby toe nails which have been distorted, raised up in air have broken off. This breaking happened after I soaked my feet in warm water 1 cup Epsom salts and a few drops of tea tree oil. Is this a concern. My toe nails have been distorted for at least 5 years.
22:53 For the past five months my doc has had me on a grain free high protein diet, since diagnosed with mold. I am now experiencing severe edema and blood work shows that I am having difficulty digestion proteins. What do I eat?
26:17 I have had a cough for weeks. I am drinking plenty of fluids, taking Gaia bronchial wellness, and loads of vitamin C. What can I do to support lungs?
30:14 I did a sinus swab test with Microbiology DX in August 2021, and again at the end of last month (October, 2022). Both showed “staph coag negative- large amount; marcons postiive"; the only difference was that the biofilms were “strong” (3+) in 2021, versus “weak” (1+) this year. (Oh, and the pseudomonas from 2021 was not detected in 2022!) (No fungal growth showed up in 2021; the 2022 results for that aren’t back yet.) I’m not sure what these results mean, aside from good news that the pseudomonas appears to be gone. And I assume it’s also good news that the biofilms are weaker- yes? But it seems odd to me that that would be the case while the marcons level is still the same?
33:50 I understand that some practitioners use a variety of binders simultaneously, starting in small amounts and titrating up (e.g. clay, charcoal, chlorella) to address multiple mycotoxins. Does this eliminate the toxins more quickly and is it hard on the body? What would be a good alternate approach?
37:53 What can be done for lung pain/pressure? Every time I get a cold, I get pain and pressure in specific spots in my lungs. Is this scarring or inflammation, and what could be done about it, if anything?
42:17 I'd like to start making homemade yogurt and using it to heal my gut. Have your patients tolerated yogurt well? How should I introduce it? Are there specific strains you would recommend?
44:28 What’s the physiological mechanism behind mold-toxicity induced insomnia? Like, WHY is it actually happening? What do we do about it?
50:40 Is feeling sleepy straight way just after eating any other symptom aside from MCAS?
53:12 What could be causing me to feel pins and needles or numbness when i wake up? I get these sensations down my left side if I have fallen asleep on my left side, and if I have fallen asleep on my right side it affects my right side. But when I turnover to lie on my back the pins & needles/numbness gradually eventually dissipates. These sensations are in my lower legs and feet but occasionally affects my arms and side of torso. Is it my brain or my supplements?
53:26 I've been switching up herbal anti-fungals monthly. Candicid forte, yeast ex, Y formula. I've considered taking two yeast ex with breakfast and dinner and one or two Y formula at lunch to keep switching things up. Would combining two be overkill?

16:00 B2 makes my urine bright yellow, so I don't know how hydrated I am.
16:49 I'm starting my “internal remediation protocol" for the first time. Olive leaf, resveratrol, milk thistle, plus anti microbial and biofilm disrupting nasal sprays. Psylium and chia as binders. But..I have some fear about poking the bear since I have been waiting over a year and the fear has built up. Any words of wisdom? and would you suggest adding in an official binder?
19:27 I’ve been cleaning veg & fruit using apple cider vinegar & water but i am wondering how effective this is when apple cider vinegar or any vinegar are things to be avoided for those who are mould sick and if it can cause more issues!

27:17 On repeat testing everything came down — Verrucarin J, Ochratoxin A and Fumonisis B1— 30-40% decreases but Sterigomytocystin is still high. If STE is a precursor of Aflatoxins would you expect to have high/moderate levels of Aflatoxins too?

32:07 Will taking melatonin create a dependency or shut down the body's ability to use melatonin? I am having trouble staying asleep and over the years I have increased this from 5mg to 20+mg maybe 2xs/week. From Sleep Smarter by Shawn Stevenson, "a study published in the Journal of Biological Rhythms discovered that faulty timing or large doses of melatonin can cause desensitization of melatonin receptors," which I feel may be my case or perhaps I do need to supplement (based on OAT test results) and then wean off (if possible)?

44:45 After a few months, I had stopped using NeilMed sinus rinse with a few drops of Biocidin in it. I began it again and it seems to be promoting a post nasal drip which I never have. The nights I don’t use it I don’t have post nasal drip. What could this mean? Also took Fluconazole 1 pill a week for 2 weeks (last one last Thursday). For the last 3 nights I’ve slept for 10 hours and I’m still tired. My COVID test was negative. Could the Zombie-mode be from Fluconazole?
46:44 I have a question about Calcium D Glucarate. Does Dr. Crista recommend this supplement, and if so, what dosage would she also recommend?
47:15 In answering one of my questions in the September 7th Q&A, you stated that “scleroderma is mold exposure until proven otherwise.” This is a revelatory (and revolutionary!) perspective for me, as I’d never connected the scleroderma diagnosis I’ve been given with the mold exposure I’ve had. Can you share more - experiences, knowledge, references - on this, for me to be able to better understand the connection between the two and thus better leverage my healing?

49:39 Today's email mentioning using boat loads of Nettle or use of Nettle Hist-Tone looks promising to address histamine/mast cells. I have to wonder if strong seasonal allergy symptoms are in addition to mold. Any other approaches to control seasonal allergies? Nasal sprays?
54:55 I notice that sometimes when I use my nasal probiotic later in the day I will blow my nose and in my right nostril I will have a large amount of gelatinous mucous that is totally clear. Any thoughts about what might be going on? I find it interesting that it doesn't happen on the left side. 57:12 Can you share about glycine supplementation and when you recommend it? Given my mold-related illness and propensity for anxiety (as well as my positive response to GABA), I feel that it would be beneficial for me. However, I have some concern in it being a pre-cursor for collagen (as you know, scleroderma involves excess collagen production/deposition in the body).

Struggling with low ferritin, eating lamb liver - how much is safe to eat if super low and cannot tolerate iron infusions? (also very dangerous in my opinion) Is there a supplement to stop this progression? I’m already on mast cell stabilizers/LDN / should more be taken following mast cell degranulation? Do you think we should test for mold again? If so, what test do you recommend?

In the past, melatonin in small doses gave me headaches so I didn’t take it, but I was encouraged to try a larger dose since it has a different effect on the body. I started with 20 MG last night and sure enough, no headache! But I had insomnia and it took me 3 hours to fall asleep. Feeling great today, but wondering how to proceed? ERMI testing revealed high counts of aspergillus and penicillium species, and MyMycoLab testing showed significantly elevated levels of ochratoxin IgG, tricothecene IgG’s, and MPA IgE. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the role, if any, mold plays in reflux esophagitis, and what recommendations you have for treating it.

See Essential Oil Nasal Spray handout in the From The Books folder in the Inspire Vault for a list of essential oils.
40:15 In the past you had mentioned a particular probiotic that would increase (?) candida? Which probiotic was it?
42:00 Cheryl Ciecko says Diffusing Thieves EO with a non-water diffuser is very effective at controlling the mold burden and reduce Sx. Maybe for EMF too?
42:31 what about the binders from CellCore biotoxin binders with fulvic acid, etc...?
45:08 Megaspore suggests taking with protein.
45:52 I have been bothered by increased intensity of smells. It seems I am smelling everything to the extreme like cooked food, the outdoors, my own condo (confirmed mold free). Its really irritating and annoying I have not started any nasal mold treatments, should I if this is happening? I am doing other mold killers orally, is this even a die off reaction?
48:45 I am very concerned about unintentional weight loss. I have lost several pounds in the last few months. I have Lyme, mold toxicity (RealTime test), also diagnosed clinically with SIBO (for which I was prescribed Neem and Garlic supplements). I take CellCore Botoxin Binder and many supplements. No one has addressed the weight loss. I would like to understand what is causing this and what to do.

1:30 Product review - Carboxy + by CellCore
6:02 Question about chlorella. I'm going to be working on killing some bad gut bugs (Citrobacter) and my practitioner recommended I have chlorella on hand for die off. I found medi-chlorella premier by premier research labs. It is organically grown in fresh water. If you don't like it I'd love a recommendation.
6:46 When is the right time in the mold-fighting process to diversify diet and rebuild gut health?
11:34 My deep sleep recently decreased significantly, from 2hrs to under 1hr per night, and I can't figure out why. I moved into an apartment a few months ago that has less mold than my last place which had a ton of mold and mycotoxins, so I don't think it's mold exposure. Could it be EMF exposure from the apartment building? Could it be Bartonella or other viruses? What else could it be?
16:00 Ever since my early teens, I have had stretch marks all over my mid and lower back, butts and near my knee caps. Still have them. I was very thin and didnt have any big weight changes. I know Lyme causes them but I was in India those days and I have never heard of Lyme in India. Is there something else that should look into as the cause?
20:50 I killed off my sibo for the 3rd time. Killing off candida now. But don’t know how to heal and rebuild my gut.
30:39 I’ve started experiencing air hunger months after moving out of mold, and I’ve double checked that I’m not being exposed again at home, work, or in the car. What are your favorite supplements or therapies for breathing issues?
38:08 A few Q&A's ago, you mentioned to go out and get Covid before it mutates to a worse version. My eyes did widen…as you suggested in another meeting. Because I have/had (?) such high levels of certain mycotoxins, one creating a cytokine storm in me, the though of getting Covid on top of that seems scary as well as the fact that I know people that got very sick from Covid, some did not survive, some have lasting health issues. How does one determine if one is healthy enough to "safely" withstand Covid? Are there lab tests and numbers we're looking for?
42:25 Do you feel that Nitric Oxide Lozenges would be helpful for brain fog/memory issues. Also, does this add oxygen to the body as well help mold detox.
45:25 With my very massive bloating and difficulty going to the loo and the pain in my gut etc I presume that helping that motility would hopefully help a lot. Would it be safe for me to take the MegaSpore Probiotic bearing in mind I have only recently (say 4 months) recovered from the histamine intolerance that I’ve also had for many years? I have heard that it might have some histamine strains of bacteria and has caused issues for some people and so could this take me back to more histamine issues or should I be safe from that now? Or is there an alternative that can do the same as MegaSpore (other then ProBiota HistaminX Powder by seeking health which I have been taking but not noticed any difference). I just feel like I should be taking something to help things move along properly and enable me to have complete stools and hopefully give me some relief from the bloating.
50:36 I eat an animal-based diet and feel good on it. Is this a problem if you want to heal from mold and lyme? Have you worked with patients who ate animal-based?
53:40 I eat a paleo diet and my gut testing showed I need more fiber. Which grains are the cleanest in terms of mold.
55:48 The last mycotoxin test I took was over a year ago. In trying to escape mold from my home, I've inadvertently landed in moldy temporary housing. Should I wait to take a second mycotoxin test after being in a less moldy environment after some time, or since it's been so long, and have been in healthier places more than moldy places, do I get another test now to see where I'm at?
56:19 Can PEMF therapy work for Bartonella?

3:16 Lab review - Red Blood Cell (RBC) Elements, Doctor’s Data
11:55 Emailed to Dr. Nathan’s support regarding what preparations I need to do before the test and got following answer: “For the RealTime mycotoxins test (www.realtimelab.com): If you take a sauna or hot bath the night before you collect your urine, this is more accurate, and if you can also take 500mg of glutathione (suggested brand – Researched Nutritionals) twice a day for a week before you collect your specimen, that is more accurate still. If you have a reaction to the glutathione, stop taking it immediately, collect your urine sample and mail in the test kit to the lab. The RealTime test takes about 5 days to get back the results. If you are taking binders, stop taking them for 3 days before collecting your urine sample.” Do you provoke with your patients?
23:45 I did not stop binders before RealTime mycotoxin test. How does that influence results?
24:14 For the VIP homeopathic spray and MSH - can I take them with my morning supplements that I have on an empty stomach 15 min before breakfast (e.g., glutathione)?
25:33 I have battled MCAS and still have food sensitivities. I am required to get TDAP vaccination (the joy of being a healthcare worker) I already have strong immune responses to chemicals, am on a limited diet due to anaphylaxis to foods. Both vaccines available have ethanol or polysorbate 80, both serious histamine liberators and high on the SIGHI list. Any ideas or recommendations? I am attempting a waiver, had my IGg levels drawn and attempting to bypass this. Currently my doc says my methylation and oxidative stress looks great, my C4 a level was within normal limits, however last TGFb-1 was high - any insight would be much appreciative. My job is amazing and I am so blessed, but I am not willing to die for it. Thoughts?
See the Immunization Preparation handout in the COVID & Mold folder in the Inspire Vault.
29:02 How soon do you start detoxing mold once moving into a “mold free” space? Do you wait a few weeks or months to decompress at all?
30:34 Why does mold cause cognitive impairment and brain fog? What are your favorite supplements or therapies for resolving it? How long does it take to notice improvement? (I’m currently taking Mold Multi and DHA Absorb.)
33:03 Does resveratrol effect Bartonella would it be a killer?
33:30 Can you talk more about what supplements you eliminate when someone is fasting (Prolon fasting mimicking). I know I'll need to stop most of my B vitamins as they will upset my stomach, but beyond that are there any others you would recommend stopping for the 5 days.
37:26 Itraconazole while fasting?
38:23 You stated it is time for the biofilm busters when you start feeling good - I am there but still pretty sensitive (MCAS) to supps……
1) How and when/what order do we take them?
2) DO you recommend taking your Fiber Flow concurrently or is psyllium husk alone ok (worried about reactions) ?
3) Can you still take lumbrokinase (for covid protection) with your biofilm buster? (found a Dr. Mercola Brand that may be more tolerable to MCAS sensitive patients)
4) Do you wait until these are all working in synch before you start to kill off yeast?
41:33 I'm pretty confused (and very obviously more so since whacking head on door jamb) but cant get clarity on how to judge my healing or lack of because I have so few of obvious, immediate reactions. I fit all the lists, newly MCAS and yet my day to day is simply more or less of fatigue and itchy face or not. Went into a house today to look for sLE and the realtor said, oh that musty smell. I didn’t smell it, but I wanted out of there right away. Can it just stay complicated and never clear?UVBI doc said today, about my increasing fatigue, at # 7 treatment, 5 of prp, that the UVBI was doing the clean up and his hit was my concussion and TBI were changing the effect. Recommended big dos of PRP to let stem cells fix concussion. Does it make sense, all of it or possibly am I running in circles and not really getting better?
43:13 Can You talk about the gut during and after detox. Especially Mycopehnolic Acid?
AmlaPlex by Ayush Herbs
44:57 A few years ago I was diagnosed with mitochondrial dysfunction - I’m assuming a “side effect!” from Lyme and mold. I feel as though my fatigue and exercise fatigue stems from this. I’m wondering if the following would help Mito dysfunction:
Nicotinamide riboside
Urolothin A
And or Humic and fulvic acids?
Last, have you had any experience with Researched Nutritionals MycoPul and MycoPlex!
50:48 Recently ran the elements test we talked about in the beginning. It was fairly high in aluminum and mercury. Best way to detox those?
51:22 What does it mean if your iron is high?
Lactoferrin supplement
53:15 When you say base minerals with individual minerals, would I have to take a multi mineral at same time as zinc, or can I take them different times of the day?

The Gift (Humic and Fulvic) by Mother Earth Labs
54:38 I remember Dr Christa said she was going to do a session on the best binders. Did I miss that? 😧 We use CellCore. Is this binder a good one?
55:02 I started biofilm busting with lumbrokinase paired with Y Formula. Immediately noticed extreme bloating after meals, which I've been able to reverse with a SIBO diet. Based on the positive results from diet, I assume there is a connection with what is being uncovered in biofilm. Could you please comment on this theory and anything else you would recommend? I know the SIBO diet is only temporary while treating root cause.
55:33 I'm struggling with sweet cravings and have been trying to mitigate the risk of having sweets by having "keto" style desserts, sometimes from the store, sometimes homemade. What this usually means is they contain no sugar or grains/gluten or many "net" carbs, in general, but tend to contain sugar alcohols, stevia, monk fruit; and then things like inulin, cassava starch, and coconut flour. My guess is that these still aren't great for mold illness, but I am really struggling trying to find resources on just how much they would feed mold, and my FMD was stumped as well.
57:45 I’ve been working on healing from mold for 14 years. I lived with mold for two years from 2006–2008. After moving out, I spent a year and a half healing myself by trying every protocol I stumbled across (there wasn’t much available back at that time on how to heal mold illness ) Unfortunately, I was exposed a second time while traveling in South America back in 2010. Since then I have developed heightened sensitivity. I also had mast cell dysregulation that seem to be mostly cleared up now. I have been pretty successful in the last three years of getting my system pretty stable and strong. This past February I attempted intermittent fasting and keto while also adding turkey tail and Chaga supplements. This combination elicited a serious 2 month reaction and caused extreme dehydration and constipation, my esonophils shot up to 29 and also lowered my globulins. I also exhibited all of the symptoms of nephrotic syndrome. I’m now pretty certain my adrenals could not handle the fasting which also may have created a detox of Ochratoxin. (my ochratoxin tested at 21 from GPL during the flare) Unfortunately, I wasn’t taking my normal amount of antioxidants during the flareup either. The reaction was so extreme in nature that I am thinking I might have had some kind of immune reaction to the medicinal mushroom supplements. Have you seen that in any of your patients? Or do you think this was all due to Ochratoxin?
59:31 Myself and my two children likely have covid. Yipee! I started the FLCCC protocol this morning and the children (6 and 8) are sleeping and ok for now. I am not too worried about them, although my son does have Cystic Fibrosis so we will keep a sharp eye on him. My question is: what about my 26wk pregnant wife? I assume she will contract the illness, it seems inevitable. Even the FLCCC site is very wishy washy about their protocol with pregnancy, specifically around IVM. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? I know it's a very touchy subject so I understand if you can't speak. Our PCP is useless unfortunately.

4:48 If someone develops one of their previous mold symptoms in a different house (after recovering there for 6 months successfully) but they don’t develop any other previous mold symptoms, can we assume that the person is now being exposed to something they were sensitized to in moldy house? Or could it be the same symptom, but a different trigger?
8:04 And at what stage do you try to dampen down a person’s reactivity to the environment vs finding a source of reactivity?
9:08 How to you quell stomach nausea, pain and constipation?Wakes me up at 2:30am every night and can’t get back to sleep Diagnosis on RealTime Labs of Trichothecene Group 0.163 and Zearalenone 1.58. I do not live in mold anymore since 2 years. I did cut out all grains that maybe causing the Zearalenone. However, I also have Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella too. Can u distinguish if mold or infections are causing this?? I am currently treating Tick borne illnesses however I have gotten super sensitive to ALL treatments. TrioTest SIBO was Negative!!

19:55 I am about two weeks into my new CPAP. The last three days my nose has been slightly swollen and it hasn’t done that from any of my drops since I started I believe last September. Do you have any information about using the CPAP relative to biofilm nasal sprays and actually any other information that might be relative to using a CPAP.

23:13 How does the Austin Air filter compare to the Intellipure
23:50 I started to get a new symptom one night - lip twitch and stabbing pains in my foot. I had read about pain that feels like an ice pick and thought, this is that! I had just been exposed to an apartment for 40 minutes that I found out later had stachybotrys as well as good amounts of 3 out of 5 of the mycotoxins on the EMMA test. I thought, this could be that, but had also just started nasal sprays - Citridrops and XClear - and wondered if I was as you say, "poking the bear.” Of course it could be a scary thing, like ALS...google is a scary thing sometimes. I stopped the nasal drops and symptoms abated, and started them again, but much more slowly… Thoughts?
25:28 I had my TGF Beta-1 increase from 2500 to 7500 from March to July of this year. During this time I’ve been carefully focused on detox with binders, strengthening my immune system, getting all the detox pathways flowing.. (pretty closely following the Fundamentals, Protect, and Repair phases before the Fight phase). Could the TGF Beta-1 increase so dramatically due to my body detoxing, just as mycotoxin numbers rise during detox, or should I take the increased TGF Beta-1 number as a sign that I’m missing something? In terms of Avoidance - I did EMMA testing in my apartment (I've moved around many times in the last 3 yrs anyway, since first getting the mold symptoms) and there were virtually no mycotoxins present, so I haven't gotten rid of anything.
28:37 I got out of the moldy house into a clean place about 3 months ago. I'm managing with GI detox and food binders, and lots of drainage and other support. Testing shows candida, aspergillus colonization and mycotoxins in urine. Any small amount of antifungal (eg, gently herbs) sends me into brainfog, fatigue, etc. Adding a stronger binder to get the wider range of MT's we saw on the MT test also set me back in the same way. What might be going on? How important is it to be layering in some antifungal and/or increased binder support?
31:02 Would apple cider vinegar help with stomach acid?
31:55 My 18 yo son noticed that upon sitting in one place for 45-60 min, his feet fall asleep. It’s never happened before. He’s detoxing from mold using CellCore Biotoxin binder. Is this circulatory related caused by mold? Am I using the BEST binder for him?

36:43 Speaking of nasal sprays and poking- I seem to be ok with citridrops, probiotics, and xclear. When I add the propolis spray, or even a few drops in the neti pot, I wake up with awful deep sinus pain. Would you think of this as poking the bear too much, or maybe the propolis is irritating my sinus tissues?

43:28 In order to get the most bioflavonoids from fruits & veggies, is consuming raw highly superior to consuming cooked or powdered forms? What about smoothies vs. intact forms of the fruits/veggies?
44:54 I’ve been dealing with a plugged left ear (“glue ear”) for months. I’m convinced it’s candida/mold and I normally follow a low carb, whole food, anti-candida diet with lots of supportive and anti-histamine supplements. In the last few days, I’ve had family in town and have gone off the diet - really, just a few sandwiches on sourdough bread. Anyway, after a couple days of that, the lymph node on the left side of my throat exploded and I’ve had a terrible sore throat. I’m wondering if the left ear and left throat lymph node are related - fermented carbs exploding the candida in my ear, affecting the nearby lymph node? Any insight thoroughly appreciated!

16:13 Thanks for sharing the myocarditis - glad you are feeling better! What have been your symptoms - exercise intolerance? Cardiologist did not want to discuss with me.
18:24 Any difference between cleavers tincture and cleavers herb?
18:32 Did you feel any difference when waking from sleep when you had myocarditis at all to when you were up and around in the day?
19:20 My Nurse Practitioner requested a do a mycotoxin test from Real Time Labs since the Great Plains lab showed only ochratoxin. The Real Time Labs showed:Ochratoxin 3.41100, as well as, Aflatoxin 0.599900 -Groups B1,B2, G1, G2- although it says not present if less than .8, Trichothecene group - Macrocyclic, Rorodin A, E, H,L-2, Verrucarin A&J, Satratox G& H, Isosatratoxin F 0.26700, Gliotoxin Derivative 1.40100 and Zearalenone 2.70700.
I was overwhelmed by the practitioner’s exclamatory response that I didn’t ask any questions - my brain froze 😳. We just jumped right into a plan for recovery. How bad is this?! Is this why I feel like I have early dementia?
24:38 I read your book, it was wonderful! I’m still confused though about what supplements to start with and in what order. Could you help please (general categories like binders, etc.)? I can’t talk to my doctor till August. Thanks for any insight.
33:22 I have gone off the rails a bit with regard to sugar lately. Do you have any suggestions for getting back on the wagon so to speak?
36:28 Would you have any insight into why a mineral supplement would cause a person to get very depressed, in a bad mood and just kind of mean? I have tried Biotics minerals and Trace Minerals Research and this has happened both times. I have recently had a hair analysis, in which aluminum tested higher than it should , and mercury was moderate. Could it be that I don’t need any, that they are causing some type of detox reaction, or that I need them badly, or something else? I would like to try Mother Earth brand.
37:53 Unfortunately, I’ve been re-exposed to a second home with mold after my initial exposure last summer. Environmental testing has revealed the culprits to be aspergillus (fumigatus, niger, penicilloides, and versicolor) and penicillium (brevicompactum) species as well as wallemia, in addition to high counts of more benign molds (aureobasidium, cladosporium).
My MycoLab test results shows a significant increase in ochratoxin IgG and MPA IgE from before I moved into the second home, and, interestingly, a significant increase in some tricothecene IgG’s (satratoxin, verrucarin, T2); I think the latter may be from cross-contamination of my car from exposure with my first home (I’m about to test my car with swabs and plates from Immunolytics to confirm, with the expectation that they’ll be positive for mold and I’ll need to get rid of my car as soon as I can).
Question: My primary symptoms are with my nose, sinuses, and head, with my primary complaints being painful scabbing(!) plus some burning of the nasal epithelium (along with anosmia), and a sense that there’s “stuff” further up in my sinuses (as well as a constant low-grade headache). I’m seeing an ENT specialist this Friday. So (finally!) my question to you is, if you were me, what tests would you expect/request to be done to assess my nasal and sinus cavities? I’m concerned that the molds have effectively “moved into” these areas of my body, and that I may be developing something akin to a “fungal ball”. Dr. Andrew Campbell recommends amphotericin B 0.3% compounded nasal spray when the nasal and sinus cavities are affected … do you agree?
42:09 If I do not have immediate symptomatic responses to triggers how do I know when to cut back or change a supplement like say VIP spray or resveratrol or something. I have now had three UVBI treatments. With Ozone Today the first PRP treatment. I am starting to feel stronger. Just wondering how to regulate the supplements I take with the new treatment. The Doctor Who gives the IVs does not have the understanding of supplementation to the extent that I do.
44:40 So go out and get covid? I'm confused
45:07 I heard it mentioned in past that Dr Crista advised to take digestive enzymes before eating rather than whilst you eat. I cannot remember exact reason for this, is it so the enzymes can help remove biofilm first? I have been taking Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra daily for some time now and have been following their instructions to take it with each meal. Should i take it before eating then? If so how far in advance before meal or does it not matter?
46:25 I just bought ALIGHT Biofilm Plus and Yeast X from your web site and taking them as per instructions for this very annoying itchy spot on my hip that’s been there for 2 years. I drink 4 cups of Pau D’ Arco tea daily too. Do I also need to be on any kind of sugar free or grain free diet to rid this bad case of candida infection? Or add certain probiotics? What can I do to speed up this healing? I’m miserable.
48:28 Some days are harder than others when recovering from mold exposure, and I could really use a pep talk. Does this sound like something that Dr. Jill has already recorded? If so, where can I find it?
53:20 Can antifungals be taken at the same time as biofilm busters, or take them separately?
54:05 I have some small brownish scaly spots on my stomach and chest that I think are pityriasis versicolor, a fungal infection on the skin. Is it a common skin condition with mold? Is there any natural product I can use to get rid of it?
55:14 What is a good oil if one is allergic to fish oil?

The tests also showed low NK cells CD56 + CD3- (impaired innate immune system) and very low CD57 + NK cells (chronic immune-suppression). My doctor wants to treat the ochratoxin that I have and boost my immune system with Researched Nutritionals Multimessenger and Transfer Factor Enviro to see if my immune system can heal the Lyme itself. 36:36 I am getting some dental cavitations done soon and I wonder if you recommend getting the microbes from the infected areas tested via the lab DNA Connections. What lab test do you recommend from them, if any? They have a Comprehensive Oral TEst panel which "identifies the presence of 88 different pathogens, including tetanus, botulism, diphtheria, HPV 16 and HPV 18, Candida albicans and more." They also have a Lyme Test Panel, saying it's a PCR test, which "tests for four different genes that are found in Borrelia burgdorferi, the most common cause of Lyme disease in the United States, and ten common Lyme disease vector born co-infectors and other organisms including Borrelia recurrentis, Borrelia miyamotoi, Babesia microti, Babesia divergens, Babesia duncani, Bartonella bacilliformis, Ehrlichia chaffensis, Bartonella henselae, Bartonella quintana, and Anaplasma phagocytophilum.” Would getting this test be a more affordable but still accurate way to test for Lyme and Co-infections?

What does this mean? Do the negative effects have to do with mold or heavy metals? If heavy metals, what do you look for on tests to show that someone is ‘done’ chelating?

32:03 What do you know about pine needle, star anise and fennel.
32:31 With eating a lot of greens and then taking supplements that are helpful preventing blood clots can blood get too thin?
34:44 Can you take these for a long time?
36:21 I live in Sweden and have done a great plains mycotoxin test through my functional medicine doctor. The result showed Ochratoxin A (50.26). I did not provoke before the test but I had eaten about 8 mushrooms the days before. I know you're saying to avoid foods that may contain mold 3 days before the test. I was in contact with the great plains lab and asked if I should avoid certain food but they said it wasn't needed. Do I need to re-take the test? Should I also take a test through realtime lab or vibrant lab? My doctor does not have cooperation with this two labs so then I need to do it on my own but do not know how to read the result and it will be a lot of money. I do not have the opportunity to take blood tests for mold as you recommend. Can I trust the result I have received from great plains? I feel confused, help.
40:05 What do you know about pine needle, star anise and fennel?
41:10 Can distorted fungus toe nails ever be restored to normal shape?
45:29 You mentioned in the last Q&A that the Herpes virus, when the immune system gets depleted, starts replicating and then can cause Basil Cell type cancer. This blew my mind! I can’t believe this is the first time I’m hearing this. My wife has basil cell and has had to have a ton of sites burned off every year. Thank goodness for you:) My question is, is there a particular anti-viral herb or medication you would recommend to prevent more basil cell sites from growing? Like maybe Artemisia Annua? Would you recommend an anti-viral be applied topically for prevention, or is an oral tincture or pill better? If someone is on an anti-viral preventative, would they still need to avoid the sun at all costs, or is the sun exposure not actually related? If more basil cell sites are found, would you still recommend they be burned off, or would an anti-viral work as treatment as well as prevention? Last, is there a general dosing amount and time length of dosing for treatment and prevention?
49:30 Do binders take out beneficial bacteria?
51:35 What is the best order for eating, taking probiotics, binders and glutathione is most efficient to speed up detox?
52:21 I was told by MyMycolab that I have mast cell activation. I have looked at internet a bunch and am on overwhelm of info that is different with each site. Can you give a plan for eating? Including if truly I can eat no leftovers. Like what constitutes a leftover? The food waste is so big and the extra work when I have so little energy is so much! What are symptoms of this new little dance?

55:57 I'm finding a astragalus root supplement from giai herbs with schisandra berry and lugustrum. There is 1300mg of these three in one capsule. What do you think?
56:45 I had a blood work done recently and my blood iron levels seems to be high

Transferrin - 270
TIBC - 378

How can one lower the blood iron levels. I try not to eat food that is rich in iron.
Can it be related to intake of vitamin C? I take about 750 mg of liposomal vit C twice a day away from food.
57:30 What’s a good brand of modified citrus pectin?
58:14 Through this horrible mold journey my most scary symptom has been this itchy area on my hip. The exact itchy spot will migrate from the front of my hip to the side sometimes or to the back, but it’s always on the hip. It goes away when my diet is low carbs but returns with any carbs! I take cell core binder, 2 capsules 2x a day, the therapeutic dosage of milk thistle, transfer factor immune support, cytoquel, occasional broccoli extract, and a fairly low sugar diet. I take chlorella and drink green smoothies occasionally. What should I be doing to alleviate this?
May 18, 2022 Live Q&A with Special Guest John Phillips, JP Improvements, jpimprovementsllc@gmail.com
2:08 My recent ERMI score is 15, the last was 45. We’ve cleaned 4x. Some remediation earlier. This is much better but I have recent IGE serum test showing stachlybotris off the chart in my body. Any idea how to reconcile the 2? Stachy score on last ERMI was 1 , time before was 7. EMMA test 6 months ago showed trichocenes (spelled wrong) twice the level they should be. At bedroom door and or hvac.
8:25 My building insurer's Loss adjuster (LA) may look to agree with the various testing and decontamination proposals i've worked on with the remediator I wish to use. But will not agree to costs of moving my contents into storage off site, getting it deep cleaned, tested, and transported back. The LA has asked my insurers if they would, as a gesture of good will, pay for the a sparkle clean of my contents on site, but would need a quote for this.
My question is, would it be best to ask my LA if they would agree to move and dispose of contents that I don't want to keep, and move, or I move the contents that I want to keep to a place where I can clean myself safely before any mould decontamination work takes place in my property?
14:00 I live in the condo made of cement (bulit in 2005) and currently I have no growing fungi nor mycotoxins. One day my neighbor upstairs might have some problems with one of his appliances or plumbing and my condo may be flooded with water. The first thing will be to eliminate the source of the leak. What equipment should I have ready on my end to dry the walls? I want to be prepared. I will be not able to remove the ceiling made of cement so what else I can do after the walls are dried?
16:21 How do you troubleshoot moldy smell in the HVAC. I've had the AC coil cleaned, then totally replaced. The smell still happens intermittently during the summer cooling season. We have checked everything and are stumped!
18:32 What products and process do you use to properly remediate building structure materials which cannot be removed even when they have mold on them, such as 2x4s behind drywall or plywood for roof sheathing. For example, I’ve heard some say they HEPA vacuum, then use a 12% hydrogen peroxide solution and wipe with microfiber towels, then use benefect Decon 30 and wipe again, etc. For those of us who are not in your service area, it would be good to know what is needed to eliminate mold and mycotoxins so we can hire a company with an effective protocol.
25:02 I had all of my HVAC ductwork removed and replaced all of my flex pipe. I then had a whole house April Air Dehumidifier installed but found out they used flex duct. Will this cause an issue since it only connects to my ductwork?
27:20 Can you talk about what measures are appropriate when a water damage occurs. This past w/e my daughter moved into a new apt and the washing machine drain was clogged causing a mini flood in her apt. that seeped into the carpet in her bedroom and closet. Within an hour we were able to get the construction crew that was on-sight completing other renovations to pull up the carpet, remove the pad and get fans on the carpet/concrete subfloor. We asked for permission to cut out a one foot square piece of drywall to see if the water leaked into the wall at the drain. It had so they cut out a 5ft by 3ft section of drywall in the laundry room and I purchased an antimicrobial spray and treated the 2 x 4's in the area, the carpet and subfloor and carpet tack strips. We also got them to bring in a huge dehumidifier which is still running. Any other steps we should take?
31:26 Is John a remediator or a builder too? We are thinking of having a home built to avoid mold as much as possible. Can’t find any builder who knows how to build a safe home or who takes mold seriously!
40:56 If there’s time for another question, how do you determine the amount of building materials which need to undergo your thorough cleaning process when mold is microscopic? For example, clean only things 2 to 4 feet from visible mold, or would you clean more extensively than that?
41:48 is there any damp proof course method you would recommend to place on a failed damp proof course in walls? I’ve read there are chemical injections but unsure if this causes issues with any mould or chemical sensitivities?
42:30 What are common sources of aspergillus niger in a home? Our home was searched by a building biologist who said it was bone dry. The numbers seem to be doubling but we can’t find the source.
46:53 With this cleaning procedure, how many times do you HEPA, and how many times do you clean and wipe?
51:40 I wish we could hire JP for home inspections to avoid moldy home purchases. Here in VA there are too many moldy homes.
51:52 I missed the French Drain piece. Does having a French Drain definitely create mold? What is the difference between a tile drain and a French drain?
56:03 What’s the best flooring to avoid mold?

5:13 Lab Review - MMP-9
See Frequently Asked Lab Questions in the Frequently Asked Questions Folder in the Inspire Vault.
11:04 Any supplemental protocol before and after having 2 tiny amalgam fillings removed by my biological/functional dentist?
14:30 Can you give a little more clarity on homeopathic VIP dosing - I am at two sprays in the morning and don't notice anything good or bad. How much should I go up and for how long before cutting down. How would I know if I have gained resilience. I am of the type who doesn't have immediate reactions to places.
18:20 Could you tell us again what lab tests you use to check on mold status and which labs?
21:37 How much variation to expect on MMP9 due to the season?
22:01 What’s effective to stimulate parasympathetic nervous system? Massage point or supplement or foods?
24:22 I took Resveratrol 150 mg x 4 two times a day for a couple months and then reduced the dose to 150 mg x 4 once a day a month or so ago. I’m also using homeopathic Vasopressin, VIP and MSH daily and feel like they are contributing to my heat intolerance symptoms improving despite the weather getting warmer here in Houston. We’ve already had upper 80’s/90’s and I’ve done “ok”.
Two questions:
1.) Is there any harm in continuing all these through the summer?
2.) Could the Bilberry I added to help with blood vessels breaking in my hands also be helping with the heat intolerance symptoms? I took it twice a day for a couple months and now take it once a day. The plan is to phase it out now but I don’t want to disrupt my progress. What do you think?
26:05 Can you recommend some brands which carry liposomal quercetin, multivitamins, or any other liposomal supplements without ethanol in them? Alcohol is fine, but I have a sensitivity to ethanol. I know about Pharmax for vitamin D3.
27:11 Recieved ERMI. The score is better. Score was 23.29 last Aug and 15 now. Mold spore trap from 1st remediated only did 2 and kitchen the same 13 and last time my bedroom was 410 and now 14. But my Mymycolab says off chart on stachybotrys in body. Dr. Campbell says he's cured over 14,000 folks of mold mostly with itraconazole. Do you think that could work? With my scores does that make sense?
30:04 What are your thoughts on fasting? I had a friend who fasted 40 days (!) for Lent and found that several of his autoimmune issues disappeared in that time. Any idea if this would work for mold, assuming, no current exposure?
32:02 Is there something that is the opposite to POTs? Instead of heart beating faster when standing up but it happens when you lie down?
33:09 Can we ozonate saline using a small ozone machine at home and use it in the neti pot?
35:38 have been doing 8 million unit nystatin for 3 months
36:30 I fast 1 day a week and have found, it easier, helpful if I eat breakfast and then fast for the next 24 hours.
37:12 Have you noticed any negative symptoms in your patients that started neurofeedback? Mood symptoms?
39:22 When I do dry brushing I see red circular areas on my left knee ( its increased in area now) and then when i take a cold shower they look even more prominent. But after I dry myself from showering these quickly fade away. But I if I'm to lightly scratch the dry skin over this area on my leg I can see these red circles on my knee again. I also can feel they are slightly lumpy. Is this an indication of my borrelia lyme progressing? In general my left leg over this last week has started to feel dull ache pain all along my whole leg - unsure if this was due to a long walk I managed to do last Saturday and feeling the effects day/s later or to do with lyme and/or co-infections. Do you think co-infection/parasites could be from this as well as lyme from mosquitoes in my last trip to Indonesia?
44:18 Interestingly my functional practitioner recently said to me he preferred RealTime Labs to Great Plains Lab because from his own experience as a practitioner he sees results from RealTime labs are much more sensitive than Great Plains in picking up mycotoxins although he says he is aware Dr. Neil Nathan recommends Great plains more for identifying mycotoxins in general.
45:07 Is itraconazole effective for killing mold in sinuses, or are nasal anti-fungals needed in conjunction with it?
50:11 I’ve been waking up recently with my mouth feeling slimy and my lips feeling glued together - is this excessive biofilm or something else?
52:13 For dry brushing, should the bristles be hard or soft?
53:39 Could the cleavers cause any symptoms? I can’t figure out if my symptoms are coming from moving lymph or mold exposure. Symptoms are very erratic.
54:49 Regarding fibers for constipation. Is it common to have one or more different types cease to work? Similar issue with senna leaf powder. It worked great for a few weeks and now nothing. Do we just need to rotate? I eat a ton of veggies so lack of greens is definitely not the issue.
55:57 Can scars on face or neck contribute to more sinus problems?
58:02 If someone can’t handle the instranasal sinus treatments first, is steam inhalation of for instance - sage okay?

1:16 Product review - detox teas
Yogi Detox Tea
Traditional Medicinals Everyday Detox tea
8:25 Broke out in itchy, red, inflamed spots on chest and neck. Doc says looks like allergic reaction. Followed by 101 fever. Tried antihistamine yet not helping. Wondering if couple be fungal and means to treat on the spot.
13:32 I am getting white powdery flaky ski , like dandruff, coming off various areas of my body like my forehead, and its particularly so after i have had a shower. My face and head is drier than it was in the past as well. What is this a sign of? Does it mean fungal stuff is surfacing out onto my skin and this is a good sign or that I've got more fungal overload, or something else?
15:16 What can you say about the magnet water vortex? I am so confused about finding spring water that doesn’t cost so much!
Spring Aqua
20:10 What about pure licorice extract like these: https://store.organic-licorice.com/
20:27 How often do you take milk thistle, and how much? I am taking a tincture at night, but I don’t think it is enough.
22:12 I was wondering if you have any advice on a career path that is not as intensive as an ND for naturopathic care?
24:11 For a short time I’ve been volunteering for the Humane Society at their used clothing store. I was asked to price a bag of clothing from our sister store which I do not go into because I smell mildew. Several minutes after I opened the bag of clothing, my voice changed as it does when I’m in a moldy environment; gets raspy and hoarse. The clothing smelled like the store. For so long I have not wanted to believe that I am THAT sensitive. Is there really a correlation or is it all in my head?!
28:48 Sleep issues persist - boo! Often get lots of sinus drainage around 3am that wakes me up. What is causing this and how to stop it?
32:26 I’m considering getting a Neuroquant test to evaluate brain health. My goal is to learn if there’s anything more I should be doing to support my brain, and also to have some sort of proof that my brain is compromised for my ongoing disability claim. The Disability people seem to listen more to test results as opposed to my doctors clinical observations. In your experience, do these tests usually show proof of brain problems with moldies, and how would the results be useful in informing my treatment plan?
34:38 Piggybacking on our discussion in the member share, could you please talk about meditation and pass on what you recommend to your patients? I would love to expand my practice and have really been intrigued by many of the comments you have made about meditation/mindfulness practices you have spoken about lately. I have really enjoyed adding your meditation to my own practice and would love some additional suggestions for meditations, books, websites or other avenues to explore energy/mindfulness.
38:57 In the new protocol my doctor has put me on for Lyme, he hasn’t included any nasal or whole body anti-fungals to address mold, except SF722 (Undecylenic Acid). Do you think that's sufficient or should I continue the use of remedies I was using on my own like citridrops, propolis, garlic, oregano oil etc.
39:47 I just got a candida screen back (blood test from meridian valley labs) which showed very high candida antibodies. So I'm trying to fight this particular mold back. I'm pretty sure that fermented foods are no good for me, but do you think they're a good idea when fighting candida Any other candida specific tips? I think I'm about to order garlic assist (as well as eating a ton of it!)
41:03 Oil of Oregano question: you mention in the book to take for 7 days. Then what? Wait a while and take again? Or is it only a one and done thing?
42:43 Is it healthy to take the milk thistle as well as a shot of liposomal glutathione?
42:52 Any advise for pill fatigue? I am having a major bout of that
43:57 One of Can you talk about Fumonisins? It was off the charts on my Vibrance Urine Test.
47:34 can you use Pau D’arco alongside Beyond Balance’s mycroregen and detox ease ?
47:47 How many drops of the oil of oregano?
49:09 I have had GI symptoms from mold exposure for over 2 years. Constipation has been a big problem. It seems that my bowels are paralyzed if I am having a flare. I have been taking mag citrate caps and insoluble fiber without great benefit. I read your book and started using bitters and all the greens you describe and ground flax and hemp seeds. I am pleased with the motility gurgling and having a bit more bowel movements but not enough. I would like to try bile salts but cannot find that product. Perhaps bile salts are combined with another product. ? I am Interested in learning more about Cholagogue ? Can you guide me to the next level for increasing bowel motility and movements? (Gallbladder was removed a year ago. )
52:32 Could you please explain the correlation between HPHPA values from OAT test and Clostridium. Even if one does not have the active symptoms of Clostridium infection do you treat your patients with Phyllanthus (as discussed in the forum). What type and brand of Phyllanthus are your clients using?
53:34 I am feeling worse all the time. Most symptoms have returned in some manner. Now with concussion, I have to wait and see what all of this is part of that. So…. I realize I do not keep up with…much. I have not really changed any supps since starting last fall. I don’t know how to tell if I'm detoxing, remolding, the new igg and ige are in play, mast cell activation (Dr. Cambell’s words), or if it could even be something different yet. The functional Dr. I had, I realize after a sharing last time, was a functional Dr., not a mold Dr., even if she had gone thru mold. I have read your book and looked thru again but it doesn't stick. This is like trying to walk on a waterbed. Are there any options, suggestions to try to get a focus so I can move forward. I actually called old hotel last night and asked if my room was available. But I am not convinced moving out again will fix it. Am awaiting ermi results. First remediators returned Friday and took some tests. (air and a swab and i talked them into on cavity test in my bedroom). I'm not feeling much hope in the path i'm doing and of course that's essential. I do know life can appear between the lines and maybe that's awaiting me!
54:45 Can Rubbermaid type totes that have been exposed to mycotoxins be cleaned and stored, if so how to clean?
55:40 I am finding pau d’arco tea super helpful as an anti fungal.
56:18 My immunologist says it’s the people who don’t show any symptoms of environmental allergens that worry him the most because to him it means the body is giving up.
56:33 Skin Science’s Recirculation cream by Klinghardt has really helped increase my deep sleep. It went from 0-25 minutes a night to over 1hr/night as soon as I started using it.

1:29 Lab Review - glutathione testing
7:44 How does one go about finding a means to have a Fungitel test? I emailed them yet no reply.
13:24 My GI MAP stool test came back positive for Macrolides ermB, under the heading “antibiotic resistant genes/genotypes.” Is this related to having MARCONS or taking many antibiotics as a child? What do you recommend given this result?
16:07 My son is 11. He's been healing from mold for over a year and his VCS has been normal and his doc isn't picking up mold as a stressor using Autonomic Response Testing for the last 6 months. That said we're still detoxing and working through mild PANS symptoms. The biggest issue that won't go away is the night time coughing and throat clearing. Once he's asleep it goes aways but in the morning he's blowing his nose and it comes back. Sometimes this happens throughout the day too but it's always the worst at night. I don't know what needs to heal here or what the root cause is but how can I help him get better from this?
20:21 So, how does one restore the beneficial bacteria in the patients with mold? Is it by decreasing the load of mold in intestine and then eat fermented foods?
24:21 I’m trying to figure out how to take Apple pectin in the morning, glutathione in the morning, llarge dose nyStaten in the morning, and my very large handful of supplements and bitters and electrolyte minerals and colostrum. I sort of get that the pectin which is my most important thing right now is taking after supplements and with food? I want course my homeopathic‘s which I can take when I open my eyes. Within my supplements there are things that should be taken on an empty stomach and with food etc. I’m not even paying attention to that. I’m just trying to get in the things that I’ve mentioned. I also do this at night but it works easier because it’s after my meal and at this time I only take 1/4 teaspoon pectin in the morning. And often with Santa or aloe so I can move.
27:01 Molybdenum gives me relief from sinus congestion. How much can I safely take, and will this improve as the fungal burden reduces?
28:45 I had purchased the VIP spray but never got around to using it. Now that I have moved to a new apartment, is it a good time to start on VIP spray? Is it something I should discuss with my doctor or is it completely safe to try on my own? What side effects should I watch out for?
30:57 How important is it to do genetic testing and discover what detox pathways may be inhibited when detoxing from mold? How would the results inform treatment?
32:38 How much cabbage juice to drink in a day in a fast.
33:04 Is it ok to take liposomal glutathione at the same time as liposomal C?
33:43 Have u found an amla with no or little sugar
34:03 Do you have any travel tips if we have to visit family with a known moldy house? My son (age 6) has Cystic Fibrosis and is infected with Aspergillus. I am concerned a visit will set us back on his detox. Anything we can to to prevent or minimize problems
37:42 How long should the fast be for?
38:27 Any experience with Pectasol brand of Modified Citrus Pectin as a mold binder?
38:49 Are borderline/low Platelets a known symptom for Mold reactivity? I haven't found anything about this in the literature. 40:09 Since Charcoal also binds to minerals/nutrients, how long is it recommended to take it consecutively?
40:31 Could you describe some situations in which mold patients had done all they could to kill the mold, (what types of things would they have done) and you determined that a pharmaceutical was needed. What are some pharmaceuticals that are used to kill mold?
45:42 Is garlic tincture a good antifungal?
45:49 Is it ok to use charcoal toothpaste, maybe rotate with other flavors of toothpaste.
46:02 I have gotten the urine test results as shown below, high Ochratoxin A & Mycophenolic Acid, but I've been reading that the urine test only indicates how much you are detoxing, so what can actually be surmised from such test results? I'm not clear on this. Further, I have gotten heavy metal test results (stool test) indicating high levels of Thallium and moderate levels of arsenic, mercury and cesium. I've just had my mercury filling removed 2 weeks ago as well. I'm wondering how to ascertain whether the mold or the metals should be the priority. My symptoms are a constant low-grade to mid-grade headache for the last 2.5 yrs, brain fog, fatigue, achiness and digestive issues (including SIBO that may not be resolved, though not sure yet).I rent and have 3 mos left on my lease, after which I will likely be moving, so I doubt it makes sense to test my current living environment for mold. Thus my 3rd question is how to support my health in relation to the mold, reasonably, in the meantime (next 3 mos).
52:50 What is your opinion of grapefruit seed extract as an antifungal?
53:27 I have been experiencing more congestion than normal. We are experiencing the “greening of Houston“ all outdoor surfaces are covered in green pollen. Luckily so far, it’s doesn’t seem to be as bad this year as it was last year. I’ve been taking Ortho Molecular’s D-Hist or Xymogen’s AllerDHQ and have added Zyrtec in the last couple of days. (i’m on mast cells stabilizers ketotifen and cromolyn sodium plus my candida meds/herbs). The congestion is tolerable during the day but at night sometimes wakes me up as I cannot breathe through my nose. I have used Xclear as a saline of sorts to try and clear up my nose in the middle of the night which has been relatively helpful. To complicate matters I am also in the middle of a Peri menopausal three week long light menses. I’ve been trying to hold off using Dymista (steroid/antihistamine) nasal spray I think I will be able to as long as the xclear continues to work at night. My question is do you have any other suggestions for the congestion and is it possible that it could be related to increase prostaglandins from menses as well? Not sure if prostaglandins stay elevated during lengthy cycles. Hopefully I gave enough information to not leave questions! Of course I’ve got my nettles tea as well 😊
57:15 What herbs interact with Itraconazole?
57:28 Do you have any opinions on senna leaf powder for constipation? I have tried everything else with no success. Senna took less than 8 hours. Is it safe to use for moldies?
58:32 What are the next steps after the mycotoxin test comes back clean but still having neurological issues? I am beginning to work with antifungals. Will this take care of the neurological issues or what are the next steps to follow? Also I am still not losing weight. :( Is there a protocol as far as steps to take?

7:29 What do you think about about going to a salt room. I went to one and I was distracted and concerned about the smell in the room. Is the strange smell normal in a wall to wall ceiling salt room. Same salt as in a salt lamp.
9:31 I have been dealing with neuropathy from mold and a shingles vaccine for a year. In the last session, you mentioned Saint John's Wart and snake and spider remedies. Could you recommend places to find these products and an average dose? Have any of your patients completely resolved the internal vibrations and neuropathy?
14:14 I recently heard about using immunoglobulins for detox. Can you say how immunoglobulins help with mold detox, and what the benefits and drawbacks are in relation to the normal binders we talk about like seeds and binder supplements? Also, can they cause constipation like other binders, and do you recommend a specific kind/brand?
16:25 What are suggestions to help with disrupted sleep? I have two patterns -- waking around midnight for a couple hours, or waking around 3 and up for good. I suspect histamine or low blood sugar could be contributing, but haven't found a silver bullet yet. How is mold impacting this and what can I do to get some Zzzzz's?
21:24 Have you ever treated Quata Aquino? I am experiencing a lot of numbness and pain in my saddle area. I just saw a new doctor yesterday she said I am a complex case . Im feeling a bit disheartened.

27:15 My 18 year old son is detoxing from mold and healing slowly, but he’s completely upset over how much hair he has lost. Most of it is in the temple areas and front of his head. He tries to wear his hair like Justin Bieber even though he hates that hairstyle just to cover up the front of his head! He’s getting depressed over this. What can he take to help?

28:52 Can you clarify again ( for my feeble brain) what the iodine swab test is supposed to be and what it means regarding the amount of Tri-Iodine needed.
30:14 How many drops of Beyond balance Bar 1 do your recommend before moving to Bar11 for bartonella treatment?
33:41 How common are neurological symptoms (tinnitus, pins and needles, burning skin, numbness and tremors in particular?) when someone has a mold illness? Are they harder to reverse? And have you seen them turn into a full blown neurodegenerative disorder such as Parkinson’s, MS or ALS? How long would you say it takes to reverse neurological symptoms?
36:09 Dr Raj Patel is my new Doctor and he has asked me to go on binders after I move to my new apartment. Cholestyramine 3X daily, Liquid bentonite once daily and Promyco once daily. You think this would be too much? What can I do to mitigate any negative effects from these binders. He has also asked me to totally avoid going to other people's houses and wear a charcoal mask if ever I go. I don't think I react to the few places I ever go to. You think this is an overkill?
39:08 My question is about MMC, the migrating motor complex that is a "sweeping machine" in the small intestine. I read that it has 4 phases and it lasts about 120 minutes. Does MMC help to "sweep" bacteria and fungi dead and alive? Does it have a circadian rhythm? Will drinking water or taking supplements disrupt MMC?

42:14 Why would sea veg , or iodine, cause symptoms of hypothyroid in a person, who granted, is a moldie, but otherwise fairly normal thyroid wise? the amount taken daily was 1-2 teaspoons, of Maine dulse, and that the weight gain was like 8lbs in a week? That’s the second time that’s happened to me. So weird. My own dr doesn’t know why either.
43:33 My question is regarding mast cell activation. What are your thoughts regarding mast cell activation brought on by Mycotoxin illness? Thoughts on using mast cell stabilizers like ketotifen and cromolyn sodium to calm things down?
48:15 It seems practitioners are willing to add supplements but no one is willing to tell me to stop taking certain ones, to the point where I am taking at least 20 supplements a day. Is there a trick to know when to drop certain ones, or is it ideal to get formulations that combine several elements Are there certain foundational supplements that you consider someone should take throughout their entire illness with mould/coinfections (glutathione? probiotics?) and maybe even beyond? Unfortunately I am not getting any advise from practitioners as to what to drop....is there some way to tell this (ART or some other way?)
52:55 I find it hard to distinguish whether i should try a LOWFODMAP diet for 6-8 wks or a low oxalate diet for a certain amount of time (not sure how long) and then reintroduce one food at a time back to see what is causing my any issues....what would you recommend to try first - oxalate or lowfodmap diet? I have been careful with not eating some high oxalate foods for at least 3-4 or so months , but I'm not sure why in last few days i'm itching again around abdomen and rib cage where i'm getting more little red bumps...not sure if this is because i re-introduced artichokes back and wild mackerel around the same time. But i have also increased my intake of red lentil pasta, garlic and i eat 1 red onion daily. I woke up very itchy today more than the last few days and I did drink organic raw 100% coconut water for 1st time in a while yesterday evening. Maybe I've having too much FODMAP altogether?

54:08 My 9 year old is mold toxic and we have been trying very hard to detox her for the past 1.5 yrs. She’s showing signs of early puberty already and it worries me. I read mold can cause early puberty. She eats a mostly plant based diet, but does have cheese and eggs once or twice a week. What can I give to her to help slow down the onset of puberty?
56:03 If fish oil started causing diarrhea could that be mast cell?
56:43 Regarding the mycotoxins, is there list of what mycotoxins target which organs, specifically the brain?

6:05 When I have attempted to take molybdenum , it has caused gout, so I don’t take it anymore. I’m not a big meat eater, so I wonder, what might be the cause of that?
10:55 My LDL levels have shot up in the last 7 months from 94 to 126. HDL remains at 95. I don’t think I have made any dietary changes. What can explain this sudden increase and what remedial measures can I take? Does fasting and not fasting before sample collection make a difference?
15:45 I have been getting internal dry & dusty sensations recently since staying in a water damaged short stay apartment, and this went away for 2 wks when staying at relative's place, now i am getting a slight return of these sensations (esp feeling dry internally) in new short stay apartment, what could possibly be causing this, and what can I do apart from drinking more water?
19:29 If we are avoiding the foods in tier one and two due to fighting candida how do you feel about nut butters? I see that shelled nuts are on the tier 2 list and am wondering if nut butters are any different than shelled nuts. I’m sure it’s individual but in your experience how long do people usually need to stay on a candida diet?
20:57 What kind of things do you recommend to help with depression?
24:01 Just a suggestions, can we get a how to video on coffee enemas.

26:14 I’m curious about a few tea beverages: matcha, Yerba mate, and/or wheatgrass? If I’m in phase two (pretty mold sick) should I avoid the above?
27:49 Would love to hear Jill talk about how to get away from the frequency of mold and on a higher frequency.

34:28 Are there any store bought sauces that moldies can safely eat, like organic coconut aminos? I know vinegar is on the bad list, but anything vinegar-like to flavor things and use in salad dressings?
Coconut secrets coconut aminos has far less sugar than trader joes brand or simple truth brand!
I've done well with primal palate buffalo sauce from costco.

39:04 What is the best way to test mold?
39:58 I use a liquid molybdenum called bodybio. That may be something that can be used to dilute to a tolerated amount.
40:20 Does that homeopathic method that you described for molybdenum, work with any supplement?
40:28 Do you recommend or have info on the M AS test, mycroglial proactivation profile?
41:53 I was given a shingles vaccine that started a myriad of neurological symptoms. I later uncovered that I was being exposed to mycotoxins in my home as well. I am trying to figure out what is going on in my body. The symptoms are bizarre, and so far doctors cannot explain them. I would like to know what type of neurological symptoms you have encountered in your experience helping people exposed to mold toxins.
45:28 Do you recommend IV treatments such as a Myers cocktail and glutathione? I did these a few years ago and found that my vision improved temporarily during/after the treatment. The glutathione push made me immediately congested, which I think may have been a sulfur-related reaction. I can tolerate oral glutathione now. Would it be a worthwhile investment to try IV therapy again?
47:01 One of my symptoms is a vibration/buzzing sensation in my calves that is most noticeable when I lie down to sleep. It is not as strong when I'm sitting or standing. What causes this, and is there anything specific I should do to heal this? It has slowly and steadily improved as I treat mold, but still one of those lingering symptoms.

49:46 After treating fungus with natural products (y formula, thyme etc), do you finish off a treatment of fungal infection in the gut with medication eg fluconazole?
51:19 My question is about gut-brain health. I believe a lot of my brain symptoms are related to gut health and want to take steps to heal the gut to help the brain heal. I don’t do well with l glutamine or glycine as it is to excitatory for me. That being said, would aloe Vera juice and marshmallow root be good options? What else might be worth trying?
52:45 Urinary symptoms of feeling very often like I have to urinate, especially at night but sometimes during the day, but then I only pee a very small amount. I often wake up feeling like I have to pee every hour or every 2 hours at night. 56:06 How neurotic do we need to be about cleaning? We have gone to the extreme and built a new house, ditched most of our belongings, washed what we kept (with EC3, Benefect 30, and/or Superstratum). I still have what I am sure many would say is an unhealthy relationship with mold, I don't want to expect perfection and ultimate cleanliness all the time, it's just not realistic. If we dust regularly, keep the humidity in check, keep on top of water spills, etc are we likely to be good? What about bringing in external sources of mold from gardening, compost, wood chips, playing in the woods, etc...please tell me we don't need to live in fear :-)

7:07 My fingers and toes are very cold intolerant. They turn white and numb, especially my big and second toes, when exposed to cold. I've had trouble with the toenails dying -- soreness at the base of the nail and swollen cuticle area, followed by a nail that stops growing, then a new nail eventually growing underneath and pushing the old one out. The old nail turns yellow. Is this perhaps related to mold and circulatory issues?

12:44 My hand tremors have increased again so much so that i am unable to do my job. Difficulty controlling the mouse, typing and writing. My PCP and Neurologist examined me and identified the condition as Benign Essential Tremors with no known cause or cure and suggested it may worsen overtime. They prescribed Propranolol 10 mg (a blood pressure reducing drug) as a possible remedy. What are your thoughts on using this drug? Are there any natural alternatives to control the tremors. They are often accompanied with nervousness.
16:22 Much of the clothing I buy from even the best quality stores has a funky smell, sort of like a sweet perfumy odor. If it could be mold, what is the most effective way to remove mold from fabric? If the odor is gone from washing, does it necessarily mean the mold and mycotoxins are gone?
19:12 We have covered IgE Mold Allergy testing as “lab test of the month” a while ago. Pulled this from Great Plains Lab site… I am about to retest and was positive several IgE tests prior and thought to retest that as well as MycoTox test. Perhaps Dr Jill can speak to how though distinct responses to mold exposure what the value of testing for IgE? How treatment may be different/same? Might a person resolve one, achieve favorable labs yet still be experiencing the other?
24:00 When I wrote to my practitioner over a week ago to mention that I think I need digestive enzymes, because I started to notice stools floating on toilet water for around 3 wks, which didn’t happen before, my practitioner advised to take Nutri-Gall Plus 90s caps. But I noticed it's bulking agents contain soya lecithin, bovine ox bile concentrate , rice flour , and it also has additives which has rice flour. Since I cannot tolerate beef, and avoid grains and soy, I am cautious about taking this. Is there another Lipase Enzyme you can suggest? Or am I being too cautious?! Is it possible that I started to not digest fat well because of ghee spread onto my lunch & dinner daily, which I had no issue with for about 2 months until recently, but replaced ghee with EVOO on meals 2 weeks ago & notice stools don't float now.

33:28 Dr. Crista said last time my vitamin D3K2 supplement probably isn't working for me since my levels aren't improving, so I've been looking for a liposomal form. I currently use OrthoMolecular liquid drops. I have a sensitivity to ethanol (not alcohol), and can't find a liposomal form without ethanol. The brands Designs for Health and Quicksilver Scientific liposomals both have ethanol in them. Any other ideas or recommendations?
34:48 After 6 months of antibiotics (rifampin/methylene blue/azithromycin), my babesia and bartonella numbers have not decreased. I was reexposed to mould during this time - could this play a factor in this? Are there other common reasons to also rule out? What steps would you normally want to move forward to if you had a patient whose numbers didn't budge? (Ellispot on the Armin labs)
38:06 I was told to repeat our Neuroquants about a year out of mold. However, we all recently have had Covid. Do you think this would affect our NQ results?
38:56 Regarding your natural all purpose cleaning formula, can something else be used in place of the white vinegar, or is the smell of the vinegar minimal. I am not fond of the vinegar smell.
40:06 When we have mold exposure and SIBO isn’t going away even with treatment, what can we do? Mine has returned twice in 4 years. I used oil of oregano, garlitrin, lactoferrin ( told this is a biofilm buster). It comes back after about 1-2 yrs.
44:12 Do you know a formula that I can share with my local compounding pharmacy on the synapsin?
44:52 My question is about preparing to do “antifungal/candida work“. My OAT indicates that I have not rid my body of fungal overgrowth/candida. My numbers are not off the chart but considering I never addressed my sinuses with my previous Dr other than sprays for MARCoNS I’m fairly certain that my sinuses are “seeding my gut” as you explained in the interpreting the OAT video in the how to’s. I will be meeting with a new naturopathic doctor in about a month. In terms of preparing my body for the fungal work I’m currently using TEG spray twice a day, xclear once a day and Y formula one pill at two meals each day. I will start doing the nasal probiotic rinses once I receive that product. Do you have any other recommendations for things I could do while I wait for my appointment? I saw the information you shared about dosing Y formula. I’m not sure if you would consider me in the fight phase or not and am wondering if it’s OK to use Y formula daily or if I should do the five on/2 days off and increase the dose? Thanks so much!! (I’m excited about my upcoming appointment)
48:00 Is there a limit to how much seeds like milled/grounded pumpkin, flaxseeds, sunflower and sesame seeds a moldie can take daily or can have as much as they like to help bind?
48:48 I am getting the water damaged rooms gutted in house and treated. How many days do I have to wait before I can enter my house?
50:29 What do you recommend for moving into a new place as far as cleaning the walls, floors, ceilings, windows? I read on the website you recommended, surviving toxic mold.com to use 50/50 ammonia and distilled water. Also, should we have someone else do it? We are getting Intellipure filters and starting with all new items.
51:43 Propranolol What are your thoughts on using this drug? (See 12:44 question above)
52:17 How long do you wait to introduce nasal antifungals after the full body antifungals are on board?

6:22 A couple of weeks ago we discussed using probiotics nasally. If it's ok to do it diy what guidance can you offer?
7:59 When your teen hasn’t had a productive fever for years due to mold/PANS etc, and finally has a healthy fever after being out of mold (and labs improving etc), is this a clue that his immune system is improving, or could he simply have encountered a virus to which his body was able to have a response? And in general, do you see any patterns for people who start to have a more regulated immune response out of mold?
11:46 I keep increasing my vitamin D3K2, but my lab stays right around 30. Is there something else I should be taking it with, like minerals or anything else, to get my labs up? What could cause this lack of improvement despite now taking 1500IU a day?

18:53 clarifying question about lento sinus. the website doesn't give directions for use with a neti pot/neil med just using a qtip and swishing it in your mouth., whats the recipe? Also, it says don't use with antibiotics and my marcons spray has anitbiotics, still ok to use mid day?
19:43 I’m doing binders. Due to candida, my feet and hands are dry and flaky. I have an itchy spot but without a rash on my hip that migrates from the front to back and flares with any rice or bread consumption. Out of everybody in my family my mold test was negative! I am truly the canary and my detox pathways maybe too blocked to get rid of the candida. What can I do?
23:34 Do coffee enemas dump bile better than bitters? How often should they be used?
26:07 I have been implementing your mold protocol for close to 4 months. I am feeling better little by little! Thank you!! I have not been living in a moldy environment. At what point should I get a lab test to check on my progress and which one? Should I get the NK cell function test? Or the Great Plains Mycotoxin test? Or both?
31:46 I found a high DHA supplement made from Squid oil. Is that a good source being seafood. Would it be high in mercury content?
32:00 Our home has been "clean" for about 5 days. 3 layer EC3 cleaning. as best as i could get folks to do. i have been in it for a few hours a day mostly without mask. i have cleaned a few items with EC3 as some bins are not yet cleaned. each day i have puffier eyes, more bloated stomach, itchy face and extreme fatigue. i have asked my md, whose contract is up in 8 days. she has chosen not to address it. i am on search for appropriate dr, not so easy in AR. do my symptoms appear to be the same as if i were getting "hit" by mold? is this a common thing? i guess i will stay completely away for a while, which is...sad to say the least. is there a test i could do quickly to get a reading. i know ermi, emma, are to be done weeks later. the timing is such that these increased symptoms happened as i started going in freely.

8:59 I've recently been diagnosed with Pyroluria. One of my practitioners wants me to increase my zinc intake along multiple other vitamins and antioxidants, but another practitioner says that taking too much zinc can increase MMP-9. I already have elevated MMP-9. My question is, is it true that zinc can increase MMP-9? Do you recommend getting further with mold avoidance and detox before treating Pyroluria, or can they be safely treated at the same time? What other overlapping treatment considerations are there in addition to MMP-9?

15:07 Have you heard/seen positive results for inflammation and sleep with using grounding mats or sheets?

19:19 I’ve been drinking cistus incanus tea, and I’m not sure I’m tolerating it very well (or could be something else), drinking 2 or more cups a day. Does this indicate something specifiic, apart from perhaps I am very toxic ?
22:24 I am at 75% range for Glyphosate and high Glitoxin and many other chemicals too! I'm also managing breast cancer!! I am doing all the book protocol for mold and working with a naturopath for detoxing. 25:14 I have 40-50 lbs that I could lose. I want to try to lose weight although it has been a struggle for a long time due to the mold. I am still living in mold at the moment and want what I should be considering with losing weight since I know that it can cause the mold to be released into the bloodstream. Is there a goal lbs per month that I shouldn’t go over or anything like that?
29:04 I took my 3rd Great Plains Lab Mycotox Profile. On 10-2019 which was the first test it was 20+ (very high) for OchratoxinA. The 2nd test showed 8 for OchratoxinA. Both tests did not show any other findings, all were 0. Just took on Dec 14, 2021 (3rd test) showed 0 on OchratoxinA and all others with the exception of Chaetoglobosin A at 143.10 as the result. The maximum should be less than 10. My question , I have read that the body will give up certain mycotoxins and when they are depleted will start dumping another one. Is this correct or can you explain why the Chaetoglobosin A would not have showed up on the other 2 tests. My environment has not changed.
30:40 Since being reexposed to mould, my hormones have tanked out. I am taking bioidentical estradiol and progesterone and it doesn’t seem to be making a difference. When I first became ill, I noticed soreness on the right side of my neck (often felt like my neck was being "attacked"). What are some things I can do to help regulate my hormones? Are there tests I should be doing or things I should be tracking besides the typical hormones? Doctors seem to write this off due to my age even though I didn't have these issues prior.

16:35 Unbeknownst to us, our daughter was exposed to high levels of aspergillus since a baby. She’s 9 now and suffering from frequent and lingering colds and infections. They take weeks to go away. We have tried GI - Detox, CSM, and they did not work well. She couldn’t reach the recommended CSM dosage due to die off. So we were told to switch to Cell Core, which she tolerates much better. I added in chlorella too for added detoxing. I fear her immunity will forever be impaired due to mold. What can I do to assure she grows up with a completely healthy and restored immunity?
21:46 Marcons testing. I went ahead and did another marcons test on 12/17/21 after 6 weeks of beg spray just to see if I was moving the mark after switching to beg spray (was using formula 1 NSB With citric acid) and adding lumberokinase to my enzyme trilogy. For the first time in two years (5 tests) I’ve changed from marcons large amounts to small amount (yay!). While I’ve consistently been at 3+ strong biofilm I did reduce it to moderate (9/20) and weak(8/21) in 2021 it then went back up to strong in November 2021 after starting sarrapeptase and then adding nattokinase which I remember you saying can happen when you poke the biofilm bear. I’m encouraged by this progress but I am curious if there’s more I can do to finish the bad guys off so to speak. I also wanted to note that I am now resistant to gentamicin and I am wondering how much of an issue that is with the beg spray. I seem to have a fair amount of fluctuations back and forth between sensitive, intermediate and resistant across test dates.
24:47 General thoughts please re treatment strategies for a combination of sibo/sifo and general dysbiosis? I’m wondering about things like order of treatment, what to prioritize, are there things to watch out for? Aside from the fodmap dietary restrictions with SIBO & SIFO, are there significant differences between treatment approaches for small and large bowel? Any reasons not to think in terms of treating both at the same time?
27:58 I tested positive with CV a few days ago after a bad sore throat and mouth sores. Tongue is white and large white streaks on the throat and tonsils. I am wondering the role of fungal and treatment that may be different for us and any other late breaking insights with the current strain?
34:13 Can I assume, that there is mold hiding somewhere in my body, even though the stool test came back positive only to Ochratoxin and no mold? My symptoms grow exponentially when I don't do the “avoids". I am losing too much weight with this diet. I am under 100lbs. I am worried..How do I manage that and the detox?
40:30 I tested negative for mycotoxins on a Great Plains mycotoxin test but I do have many chronic health issues (anemia, low white blood cells, candida, EBV, bacterial vaginosis, post nasal drip, etc). I don’t feel terrible, though my health is certainly not optimal. My naturopath has long suspected mold is part of my health issues. Now I have identified that there is aspergillus, stachybotrys and Chaetomium in my bathrooms. How “best practice”/careful do I need to be in terms of remediation or finding a “mold free” environment? Martine Davis has told me that I live in a “remediation desert” – ie. no reputable remediation companies in my area. Also, 90% of homes in my area have crawl spaces. Likely I am priced out of the market in terms of buying something new. Feeling pretty stuck…
46:20 How can I tell if parasites maybe an issue or not, if I already have mould, lyme and co-infections at play?
47:59 Why is it that cholesterol gets elevated with mold? And why after eating on the mold protocol for over a year does it still not go down? I’ve never had high numbers in my life (don’t eat fried foods, red meat, butter, etc) What will help it?
My levels are 236 Total
LDL 131
Non HDL 143
52:51 What is the difference between Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy and Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy? Which is better for “leftover” Lyme issues and potential Vagus nerve problems? How much would a machine cost to purchase?
55:38 I have a question about histamine response and mast cell activation. I have tried a variety of anti-histamines, including quercitin and DAO type supplements, but they dry me out too much. I don’t get the runny nose histamine reactions. I get head pressure, clogged ears, and a full feeling in my throat. Any natural recommendations?

0:30 Product review — Homeopathic MSH
2:37 Regarding Resveratrol, I’m currently using glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, melatonitin and CoQ10 from the repair list. (I’m unable to do sauna because of the PLEVA skin condition-no heat). I’m feeling like I need more support as I’m hopefully hitting biofilm and marcons hard right now with enzymes, beg spray, y-formula, xlear nasal spray, etc. and am thinking of adding Resveratrol. Would this be overkill or been seen by my body as adding more support? I reread the info in the book and am wondering what a good titration schedule would be to work up to the 1 gram daily? Best time of day to take it, is it ok to take with other supplements, how would I know if it was helping? Decreasing aches/pains, improving circulation and energy all sound pretty good right now. How long would it be appropriate to try it before deciding if it should be part of my protocol?
7:29 Resveratrol does increase bruising if on anti coagulant (i use lumbrokinase instead of eliquis. I had to cut back to 3 a day.
8:30 It looks like the resveratrol by Gaia herbs is not on your website anymore. I’m looking at resveratrol 150 by Gaia herbs and it looks like theres quite a bit of Japanese knotweed but only 150 mg of resveratrol per capsule. It this the one you recommend?
10:25 How do you safely detox mercury while also being treated for mold illness? 15:03 What happens if you take glutathione if you are still in mold?
15:03 What happens if you take glutathione if you are still in mold?
19:38 Now I know I have borrelia lyme, mycotoxins, and not too bad an amount of mercury and lead, I've been on a slight change of supplements, but since changing the supplements, I experience much more increased pain levels from waking at night. I am now waking up about 4-5 times through the night and the pain levels increase each time i wake through the night into the morning. It's becoming unbearable as its widespread hot burning heavy pain from head to toe - more on left side. I will experience what feels like some spasms or tremors when waking down the left side. When I get into bed and lie on my back, I am experiencing uncomfortable sensation of lots of crawling ants down my head, face to foot, which is more on left side of the body.
I have also noticed the shape of my face has become much larger and rounder in the last month.
My skin is flaking off like dandruff too.
23:47 Big question right now as we are mid-remediation both my father and I are having sinus symptoms and my eyes are bloodshot which is not my usual symptom. Just realized it was both of us and went around to look at the 3 worksites and noticed that the seal at the bottom of the plastic is open several inches at the bottom each. Supposed to keep the air scrubbers on for another day or two. Cracked a window in each room that has a worksite. Is this a good or bad idea?
28:13 I recently read an article about ultraviolet blood irradiation in “Well Being Journal” (Vol. 31, Winter 2021-22. In case you aren’t aware of this process it involves "drawing 60ccs of blood and mixing with anti-coagulant and saline and reinfusing it back to the patient. The blood is run through a special glass tube that exposes it to the sterilizing UV light rays.” Can you say if this might be beneficial in the toxic mold community?
29:33 Can Resveratrol be taken with other supplements? Like with morning and bedtime, etc.
29:48 What about ala and brain barrier leak?
31:34 What about enterogel?
32:06 Hi thought I would share that my practitioner would like me to try TRS as a general detoxifier for metal and toxins as he had success with it from 1 of his patients.
32:19 In your experience are remediated moldy people able to walk into a moldy space and not be affected because their immune system is now strong. I walked around the back of my house where the mudroom is where the stachy was and when the door was opened, I was almost bowled over by the smell of mold which was supposedly remediated. I’m guessing that being able to smell the mold is a positive thing? Does that mean I’m unmasking? When you’re unmasked Are you also immune? Having been away from home for four months and doing the proper medical things if I go into someone’s home that’s moldy will I be safe or will I just know that it’s moldy and leave?
39:28 Wondering if you’ve heard Maggie Berghoff the author of Eat Right for your Inflammation Type?
40:10 Can you describe what mold smells like?
42:55 What’s the name of that product she’s saying is good for “critters”?
Y Formula — Password is CANARY (all caps)
43:58 What about outdoor mold? How do we stay save especially in this wet winter time. I see mold and green mold on everything outside.
47:09 Have I run anyone who can’t take curcumin due to it causing hunger and possible low blood sugar symptoms?
50:42 I came out negative for bartonella and tickplex from Armin Labs but twice positive for Borrelia. So maybe there are co-infections in place from parasites…which my practitioner thinks could be an issue but he says there is no test for parasite…is bobesia is a parasite?
52:07 Ultraviolet blood irradiation. It’s a process rather than a product. Read about it in Well Being Journal, Winter 2021-22
53:23 When you walk into a restaurant or building & react to mold is it the smell or the reaction you have or something else?
54:00 Are those curcurmin alternatives oxalates, because I can’t use oxalates due to pain symptoms.
55:28 How do you make broccoli sprout tea?

1:33 Lab review - Transforming Growth Factor ß-1 (TGF ß-1)
5:55 Does it mean that TGF-B will be lowered even is you still have mold and mycotoxins in your body?
8:13 Regarding Formula Y, I’ve been taking one gelcap with lunch and noticed that I get a peppermint tasting burp or two shortly afterwards. It’s not really unpleasant but I was just wondering if this “side effects“ gives you any information? Is this a common side effect? How would I know if I should increase the dosage to two caps? Would I do that at the same time or space them out? I think I remember you saying previously that it’s a flexible supplement that can be taken with food or without. I’m taking it at lunch so it’s far away from my enzymes.
10:57 I read somewhere on your site that Gliotoxin can be created by an overgrowth of Candida rather than from an external source ( water damaged building). Can you explain more and What test would show this?

15:47 Is it possible to remove mold from the sinuses without a “surgery” such as Dr. Dennis’s? If the answer is no, how best can I find a mold-literate ENT so that Dr. Dennis can enlighten them about his procedure?
Olbas Inhaler
20:49 I have added a few more things to my protocol. resveratrol six a day. Sweetish bitters. thymusPMG. Curcumin phytosome. limonene 1000mgI still have no steady connected input to what I'm taking I gathered here and there. I do feel a little better. For sure. I am clearer and I have more energy. I also have periods when I break out in kind of a cold clammy sweat on my face it doesn't last very long. My body temperature is running higher than normal my heartbeat a bit faster than normal. Periods of time when it just does not feel right but I'm trying not to pay attention to it. I'm still eating little pieces of sugar here and there even while taking nystatin. Around three or four pm I kind of collapse. Before I was kind of collapsed all the day. Would this be called detoxing? By bowel movements are better than they usually are and I go at least once a day often twice I guess I'm just looking for outside assurance that I'm doing it.
25:50 TGF ß-1 — Does it include high candida?
26:25 what is bio stagnation? — “Bile stagnation”
27:30 I found out that the Cleveland Clinic does neuroquant MRIs. My FM doc ordered one for me. My question is, does a neuroquant MRI show regular brain issues or just volume change? My regular neurologist wanted a look at my neck/cervical spine. Will I have to get two MRIs or can they do a neuroquant and a "regular" MRI in the same session?
31:31 What do you think of Apple Cider vinegar to treat stomach acid and possibly bile stagnation? And milk thistle?
33:43 On preparing for OAT test, would reducing water intake to 3 8oz in 24 hrs be very detrimental while detoxing from all treatments?
34:57 many nasal sprays that have been noted - Xlear, Citrus, Essential oil and many more… any suggestion on which to use in different phases?
38:47 Is it OK to use Citrus-Q10® 100 supplies naturally fermented coenzyme Q10 in a great tasting flavored chewable tablet.
39:40 I noticed vertical nail ridges started before I knew I had CIRS. They have improved with treatment. Do you think it’s related? Is it a protein synthesis issue?
41:09 what if a person has had nail ridges their entire life?

-The Mold Medic: An Expert’s Guide On Mold Removal
3:06 What types of products are used when remediating? The remediation person we had used a product called Mediclean - would this have been sufficient?
4:49 What the heck do you do with a crawl space - is a dehumidifier an absolute?
10:23 Where I live it is very wet. We have a sump pump and there’s water in the crawlspace on a regular basis. Does a dehumidifier work in such a wet environment?
12:44 I understand that mycotoxins are not alive, and therefore we don’t think in terms of “killing” them. I also get that, even when you’ve killed mold, the dead spores, spore fragments, mycotoxins and whatever else are likely to be still circulating in the air, being allergenic and immune-aggravating. I’ve seen products that claim to “destroy” or “deactivate” mycotoxins, and am wondering if there is any scientific research to back this up? For example, I’m wondering about hydrogen peroxide… does the oxidation deactivate or destroy mycotoxins? Then there is the “EC3” citrus-based line of products, and the various enzyme cleaners. The logic behind their claims appeals to me, but I don’t want to have a false sense of security. (I’m dealing with a very large, 100+ year old house that I haven’t been able to get out of; we can’t afford to remediate and clean the whole thing (and it’s hard to believe it would be fully effective even if we tried). So, to buy some time, we’re planning to remediate the obvious stuff and do some targeted cleaning, while running a small army of air filters and fogging periodically with a rotation of some of these products.)
17:52 We have a couple members who have had removal but it wasn’t complete enough and still have problematic areas and are being told fogging can work. Can you comment on the fogging piece?
24:57 I am very puzzled as all the things I have read talk about taking things out of the house and cleaning them maybe even storing them. The inspection/remediation company told us to leave everything where it is and they will fog it. After fogging we are to take a their solution and clean everything. Found Cladosporium mainly in the HVAC and here and there. The EMMA test showed there is trichothecene (twice the normal amount). They will cut out wall in mudroom that was previously remediated. They said books can be cleaned by cleaning the covers with their solution and vacuuming around the edges. They even said leave stuffed animals and your mattresses and all, that the fog will just get it. Fogging seems to be the least aggressive type of remediation. Is it recommended?
27:40 Best way to clean cross contaminated HVAC and the timing of cleaning HVAC with whole home mold remediation/fine particle cleaning.
NADCA Certified
31:26 How to address high mold counts if suspected the building materials are the source?
-Sentinel 24-7 Zero high quality interior grade coating that contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor
40:49 Do the antimicrobial paints provide more resistance to mold?
42:22 For those who don't have enough money for All American Restoration, how do we remediate our homes effectively? Especially when the only local companies are Service Master/Serv Pro type companies.
50:22 I have come across some info about the The Goldmorr System of mould remediation, do you know if this is only tackling removal of mould spores but also biological contaminants like mycotoxins in the air and surfaces?
50:44 I have a severe reaction to any environment which has been treated (botanically) and cleaned and wiped down. Even when photocatalytic oxidation machines are used, the mycotoxins created by treating makes it easier uninhabitable for me. all surfaces have been sealed. all furniture and items replaced. Please share what you believe is happening and what can be done as I’m running out of spaces to live and work.
52:50 Do you have to use special products to wipe down surfaces; or is water okay?
54:35 I am buying a house built in 2018 with a 10' x 10' rooftop deck. The deck has a small indented area in one corner where water pools, which we plan on having fixed. What materials do you recommend using to fix and maintain a rooftop deck?
56:47 How would you ERMI test the HVAC…supplies, returns, air handler unit?
58:15 How big a concern is cross contamination with moving? If there's mold in the outside that we're consistently bringing inside, how is bringing a wood table that has been cleaned going to bring that much more mold into the house that it would make us react to it more than the outside mold that we bring in? Also - with it being winter, how would it be best to clean and move? I was supposed to move in the summer and after finding a ton of mold in the new house, remediation should finish some time next week. How to deal with cold weather and cleaning things outside and then cleaning again before putting them in the new house? I'm talking mainly non porous stuff - I'm replacing all the mattresses and stuffy furniture :-)
1:00:23 Does un-remediated mold ever die on its own? There was mold found behind walls in my apartment 20 years ago. The person that recently inspected my apartment said mold becomes inactive after 10 years.
1:07:19 In your experience, how often have you seen “lawyering up” be effective?
1:12:42 Does a fine particulate cleaning always involve fogging the air, or is wiping down all surfaces sufficient?
1:13:05 I’ve heard holiday & residential lodges are more mould resistant and have better air flow. I’m not sure if this is bc they are built from either timber or concrete - but is this true? I have noticed they are built raised above the ground with steps in the UK
1:13:47 Wondering if regular cleaners might be able to help with particulate cleaning if there is a detailed enough protocol?
1:14:38 Any experience with Safe Star Environmental Testing Company is the Chicago area?
1:14:49 If building, would a modular home (where things are built in factory) be a better bet?

2:12 Lab review — The ERMI Code
12:14 For that ERMI code testing…I’m assuming the dust samples should not include a swipe near the main mold source, but surrounding area?
12:48 I will be transitioning off of several abx (rifampin, azithromycin, methylene blue) for bartonella shortly after having been on them for 6 months. Are there any lessons learned about how to transition from abx successfully, things that people should do or be aware of (ie, should replace with herbals? candida pills? etc. My doc is recommending disulfram right away without testing, is going from one abx to another a good thing?) I am a little concerned as I am currently living in mould right now, so not sure if that may somehow undo the progress with the abx as a result.
18:03 I am currently use a NeilMed saline rinse with 2 drops of Biocidin LSF a few times a week. Should I also use something like Sure Sinus to assist nasal biome?
19:09 So you can take crypto with mould sickness?
19:40 I wake up everyday feeling like I have drank a quart of alcohol the night before. I drink at least 9-10 glasses of water a day, most with sea salt, or ginger, or peppermint in them, but I feel incredibly dehydrated every day. It takes most of the day feel a little more normal. I’m not sure what to do differently.
22:34 I would like to know about hair loss. I have been experiencing this pretty significantly for the past several years. I was chasing hormonal cures at first to no avail. Now I’m wondering how much mold could be involved? And is there hope? Any suggestions in addition to your protocol?
My hair is falling out a lot from either a re exposure or from too much glutathione. Is there anything I can do to support my hair? Is collagen recommended and if so, is there a brand or type or recipe?
27:40 What about hydrogen peroxide and tree tea oil to kill candida in hair?
28:11 Is it okay to wash mouth guard with essential oils to prevent biofilm? My dentist advises to wash with water and soap which i did daily except for soap . I have stopped using mouthguard for several months because i felt i might be reacting to it in my mouth, but really need something to stop grinding me teeth at night as i can feel the consequences of it on my inner left mouth cheek as the teeth being grinded down is on left side.
29:52 When I first moved out of my home now close to two months ago, headaches and nausea went away right away and difficulty breathing decreased somewhat. I do believe that my sleep may be improving a little bit. But as of the last week and a half or so I have been coughing more and more and my vision has been getting worse. The brain fog has not improved in the least. I've put bentonite in my supplements about a week ago starting. I definitely tend towards constipation. I put limonine 1000 mg in three days ago. My Macrons test came back that I have no infection in my sinuses but I do have +2 negative coag staph. (no idea what that means ). Did a month of 1 million units of nystatin a day and did not see any difference. I am going to start again with intention moving up to 8 million units a day. Could those changes be enough to make my symptoms get worse. While there is a slight hopeful chance of my sleep is improving. I don't know if I'm going forward or back. I think possibly the issue is that I don't have the proper protocol for my treatment.
Maybe the biggest symptom that has returned is itching. I didn't realize I was not itching until I started itching again a couple weeks ago — my eyebrows, face, neck between breasts, arms etc.
36:18 I am currently in a house with mold (working hard to get somewhere safe). My worst symptom is an atopic dermatitis rash that was recently diagnosed with a secondary fungal infection. I have a history of candida, gut dysbiosis, SIBO, and mycotoxins. Before knowing about the mold illness I was treated with Nystatin orally which didn’t seem to help, probably because I will still in the mold. I am desperate to resolve this topical fungal infection, but know that medication alone won’t stop it from returning. How do you usually handle clients with this fungal overload picture? What actions do you recommend for them after they are out of the mold?
41:32 GP prescribed steroid nasal spray called Mometasone Furoate ( 2 sprays to be used in each nostril twice/day) to help with mucous build up in all my sinuses. Advice is to contact GP again if there is less than 50% change in 7 days of using it. I am concerned about whether this is going to help me or make me feel worse since its a steroid and i ended up having an allergic reaction before using ikervis cyclsoporin for me eyes which i believe is a steroid. My practitioner says I can try it but if its to help with Marcons, it wont fix it.
43:29 I get blurriness in my left eye. It keeps changing throughout the day. In general eyes get worse in the evening.
Vitamin A Mulsion
47:49 Can you please expand on the reasons why I don't react to moldy environments for weeks and even months? For example, when I moved out of my moldy home and into my current home, I felt better for 2 months, then my symptoms returned. Also, I went on a trip for weeks and, even though I know I stayed in hotels/airbnbs with mold, I felt much better after about 1 week on the road, then symptoms returned within 1-2 days of getting home. Are there any other reasons aside from having the HLA gene combinations? Could it be that my immune system takes time to identify new molds or other toxins as invaders?
50:07 I will no longer be able to afford seeing my current doctor due to some changes in the way she is running her practice/price increase. In researching new possible doctors I’ve come across a few who don’t really focus on testing/treating MARCoNS as much as my cu doctor. What are your thoughts on this, experience with your patients, etc.? Ironically I am waiting on lab results from Microbiology DX right now…Hoping that increasing my nose spray use and having added Enzymes is moving the mark!
53:56 How dangerous is cladosporium? Does it cause skin rashes? and is it possible to really remediate it? Best binder?

6:45 Product review - automated mister - link to product in the Shares folder in Inspire Vault - used for cleaning walls. Thank you Ed for sharing.
8:39 I am staying at my daughter’s house while we figure out the remediation. Which was done and most likely not well enough. The attic had mold and the remediator sprayed up there. What about all the stuff that’s up there? For example, suitcases, boxes of toilet paper, paper towel, shoes. Can you talk about spraying an attic as remediation and stuff.
16:59 Do you have data on Borax?
21:40 I have seen multiple homes with black staining of the carpet where it meets each wall, which I think is called "filtration soiling." Is this an indication that the HVAC system is not operating properly and could be an unsafe home for someone with mold/mycotoxin sensitivity? If it is a safe home and just needs some improvements, what improvements would be needed to make it a functional and safe HVAC system?
25:45 When does it may make sense to replace hvac units where mold has been detected. Does it need to be replaced in all situations or does it depend on any key factors. For example — amount of mold, type of mold, location on unit, etc.
33:13 Is testing for endotoxins and/or actinomycetes recommended and if so, under what circumstances? Also, if they are found in high numbers does it affect the remediation recommendations — ie basically how are they treated if pervasive in the house?
42:00 The remediator that we had had big machines called air scrubbers and they put them everywhere for a week or so and then said there was no mold left anywhere. But I got sicker after they left so I no longer believe that. Is using an air scrubber enough?
47:58 Is there something about using ozone for cleaning contents? I am not sure how it works, and I have been informed it can have risks involved with it but don’t know what the risks are.
52:25 A mould remediator here in UK says they use Goldmorr System for decontamination - do you know what Goldmorr is? They say they use other decontamination cleaning methods but won’t reveal what they use saying it is proprietary information they don’t want other companies to know but that they don’t use harmful chemical.
55:19 Applying many common methods to control dust and particulates yet still sense dust far too much. Are there unsuspected air intake sources that should be considered? Such as filtering outdoor AC air intakes and evaluating HVAC ducts for cut or porous drawing in air from attic or behind walls?
57:26 I’m in an apartment with inability to pull out the bedroom carpets. I use hepa vacuum yet are there other carpet cleaning techniques or powdered products (pre vacuum) that are thought to be helpful?
1:03:43 What cleaning products would you avoid because it might interfere with the ERMI test?
1:11:44 Would covering the carpet with a plastic or material layer on top say in a bedroom help in a temporary rental?
1:13:15 I live on a first floor apartment with garage underneath. There are some chaetomium and aspergillus spores on the subfloor underneath the kitchen sink cabinet (post "remediation"). There is a small cut out around the kitchen pipes to get at this subfloor. It has been suggested to HEPA vacuum this by putting a hose in the hole, cleaning with a damp cloth with Benefact, and then use low VOC spray foam to close up the hole (some have mentioned putting veneer particle board around the hole and using silicone instead to be less toxic) and then doing a thorough cleaning of the apartment. The inspector was perplexed as it isn't wet on the subfloor but there is a distinct smell (smells like a basement to me, but she thought it might be a sewer leak.

1:04 Lab Review - T-Cell SARS-COV-2 Spot - infectolab-americas.com
5:53 I’ve been reading about Lumbrokinase and wondering if it a good supplement to add especially if you’ve had Lyme as well as mold issues.
9:15 What do you recommend for mold in the gut? (The OAT had high markers for mold and Candida) I don’t tolerate l-glutamine, glycine, or colostrum.
11:33 It feels like at the back of the throat, there is always something wanting to be coughed out. Its not dry but like thick saliva. Also one or the other nostril always seems to be blocked. Is it indicative of something and what would you recommend I do about it? I am doing thyme steam and essential oil nasal spray already. Just started doing salt water gargles.
16:02 My doctor here gave me as the first thing to do because of the Macrons test, BEG nasal spray. I would love to start something that would make a difference. How does one find out the very specifics of what to start with and how much to take? Relative to the nine rules course and the list in the book that talks about starting with bioflavonoids and ending up with bio film. I am grateful to have her and I have a sense that maybe she hasn't done a lot of this. I already take several of the things you recommended and have for a long time. I am now at one month at my daughter’s house and the main thing I can tell is that I don't have headaches in the morning or nausea in the middle of the night. I have a little more energy.

20:11 Can you expand on the VIP Homeopathic spray? What might we expect to see, if it’s possible to titrate more quickly then adding one spray a week? What changes might we see and or at what point would we know that it’s not working for us?
21:40 I’ve started to become very congested head, nose, ears and eyes. The eye allergist thinks my eye symptoms are from my chronic illness, although he questioned whether I am allergic to lanolin. What supplements have lanolin in them?
23:22 I know the benefits of infrared sauna. If I’m not able to access/afford that regularly, would a hot tub be positive or negative in my fight against mold?
25:15 I am currently battling Stachybotrys. I just completed a 30 day round of EDTA - Gentamicin/ mupirocin to treat Marcons. About 5 days post the last day of treatment, I began having increased post nasal drip and what feels like a build up of mucous in the lungs too. It comes and goes and I would classify it as "slight" at the moment. I clear my throat occasionally due to the post nasal drip and to try and clear the trachea/lungs. However, I do not have a cough associated with this new symptom. I was not having this prior to using the BEG. Any thoughts on what is happening? I was told to take NAC simultaneously at the beginning of the BEG spray regimen. I had to discontinue use of the NAC after 2 weeks of use b/c of esophagus and stomach irritation directly related to the NAC.
27:54 I have MRSA in my nasal cavities. It was recommended to use BEg Spray but I am allergic to many antibiotics. Is there a more natural approach such as Xlear nasal spray, bee propolis or your essential oil sinus spray? I have also heard about Dr. Dennis' nasal spray, citridrops.
31:28 I would love to ask Dr Jill about SLEEP issues resulting from mold: What do you recommend to rule out for a child who becomes more alert at night, and focuses better around 10pm onwards? Sleep aids (GABA, melatonin, herbals, Phenibut, cortisol manager) don’t seem to make him sleepy. But the next day he falls asleep in school! Are there hormonal variables could we test for? Currently evaluating sleep hygiene, cortisol, histamine, sleep apnea, sinusitis, adrenals.
35:55 I feel a worsening of symptoms in my new apartment - is there any definitive way to confirm through a lab if I am being exposed again? For example, my VCS tests have taken a sudden downturn after having moved here .....is that solid enough confirmation or is there a better way to test?
38:15 My Great Plains Mycotoxin tests came back off the charts for MPA and high for citrinin (4 years in a leaky apartment). I moved into my new home 1 week ago. My biggest symptoms are an eczema/seborrheic dermatitis-like rash all over my face and neck as well as on my hands and other spots on my body. I eat a lot of healthy fats, but I know from stool tests that I have trouble digesting fats. I know essential fatty acids and healthy fats are crucial for diluting/detoxing. 2:22 Can Michael recommend best practice components or best practice setup for replacing or installing a NEW HVAC system?
4:34 How would his HVAC best practice components change for a hot and dry vs a hot and humid climates? How do you balance fresh air intake vs filtration of the fresh air you let into the home?
8:02 How would you recommend monitoring/maintaining the HVAC in a RENTAL for mold, where you have less control over the set up? What preventative steps could you take when you see condensation around duct connections which tested high for Cladosporium?
9:30 If a RENTAL has a sealed HVAC system and the maintenance company says it is difficult to clean the coils, how often would you try to clean them? Would you clean them onsite or remove the entire coil in order to get all sides of the unit? How else can you prevent mold growth on coils?
11:47 I’m wondering if the products from Micro Balance Health Products work well? We have used this mold testing plates, fogger, cleaning spray and candles. We have had 3 air assessments and were told our levels were nothing to worry about - “it’s just that your overly sensitive.” It may not be the current home where I’ve gotten mycotoxins, but I want to make sure we are in good shape in our home!
16:24 How to detect and treat bacteria (ie actinomycetes) and perhaps endotoxins? Does this problem require a different remediation approach? Also are these problems visible to the inspector?
25:06 I have spoken to a few companies that carry out indoor air testing , and i am finding it somewhat difficult to draw reasonable decision on what testing is enough or not enough, as each company that carries out indoor air mould testing can promote so many tests and investigations based on various studies, that in effect i am unsure what is reasonable. I only wish to know what indoor testing is enough to be able to guide what indoor air remediation & clean up work is needed, so that when i do return to live in my apartment, i wont be further impacted healthwise. I have one company who says endoxtins & actinomyctes testing should be carried out because both viable and non-viable gram-negative bacteria contribute to the production of endotoxins, and argues that non-viable gram-negative bacteria is even more harmful than mycotoxins. One company only wishes to do testing for viable mold testing.
30:11 I am currently healing from an exposure to mold & mycotoxins. I am moving to my home town soon and will be looking for a house or apartment to rent. I would imagine a manager or the landlord would be there when I go over to look at the place. Do you have any advice on how one can look for signs of mold or previous water damage in that case? I realize there are obvious things to avoid such as flat roofs, basement if possible, very old buildings, condensation on windows, etc. What can I do to be able to make the best choice in choosing us safe place to live?

See Frequently Asked Lab Questions for Moldies in the FAQs folder in the Inspire Vault
11:02 My doctor (a functional medicine doctor with an internal medicine background, so she’s comfortable with pharmaceuticals) prescribed me oral amphotericin b to “try to take once or twice a week”. I have a SIBO diagnosis, as well as mold. I’m so reluctant to take it because I read so much bad about it. Could you just tell me whether Dr. Jill considers it under some circumstances, or whether it’s a big NO for her? Just looking for her opinion. I’m not expecting her to make a decision for me.
16:57 I continue to experience worsening poor circulation in my fingers and toes, limbs. The tips of my nail beds have been turning white which I guess is due to decreased blood flow there. A recent cut on my finger that would normally take days to heal is taking months. I am concerned - what is the mechanism with mold that is causing this, and what are the best ways to treat? My doc mentioned some medications, but would rather go natural route if effective. Does this tend to go away when mold has been treated successfully or is this a permanent change?
26:13 I haven’t done genetic testing yet and I am waiting to get out of mold to start detoxing. Is genetic testing extremely helpful for you to understand before starting detox or is it not really necessary?
31:40 I’m considering an outpatient facility for detoxing from mold, candida & heavy metals. Any recommendations? Have had my eye on environmental health center Dallas.
32:47 I noticed an increase in symptoms when I moved out of my house for remediation that gradually subsided. I moved back in my house after remediation and my sinuses and ears became so stopped up, low grade fever and extremely fatigued. It is now getting much better. Could this be a detoxification process that my body is going through? I was also wondering if it just could have been because this is such a stressful process. What should one look for in mold symptoms as your body adjusts to a new environment?
37:39 Do you use Xifaxin in your practice? Your thoughts on it?
37:57 What are the best binders for mold in your opinion?
40:28 Perque buffered vit C ok? or should one go for liposomal?
41:38 I recently saw an Autonomic Response Testing practitioner who believes people should limit the number of supplements they take to under 20 so the body can better utilize them. She recommended I stop taking things like B vitamins, CoQ10, and other nutritional supplements in favor of supplements which tested as more important during ART testing. She was trained by Klinghardt, who I know believes supplementing with vitamins "is not the answer." I'm a little worried about stopping these supplements since testing shows I'm deficient. What is your opinion on this?
45:29 I recognize my sensitivity to chemicals, etc yet also dust even after use of air purifiers and vacuuming and generates mucus and lung sensitivity - ideas?
52:00 If you are using Serrapeptase for its biofilm busting properties and were going to add another enzyme how would you choose between Lumbrokinase and Nattokinase?

7:28 My friend mentioned I should get a full body dexa scan to test for fat, muscle, bone and water mass. Would this be helpful in any way for mold illness?
8:56 Can you please go over how the circulatory tone trio works again? I’m trying to wrap my brain around the science and am struggling. How should be decide whether or not to add the Hawthorne solid extract? Is there any advantage to the tincture of cleavers over the cut and dried herb? I’m drinking 3-4 servings of cleavers “tea” each day now but am just not sure if it’s making an impact yet. The tincture may be easier but not sure what dosing would look like. Maybe I’m expecting too much too soon. I’ve added serrapeptase to my regime as well so the situation is not uncomplicated. I’ve had an increase in arthritic like pain which I am attributing to hopefully killing/herxing some more biofilm or MARCoNS as well as just feeling more tired and emotional.
13:39 My question is in regards to fermented foods, which have been shown to improve inflammatory markers. If we don't have candida or SIBO, is it fine to eat fermented foods or what is the reason moldies should stay away from fermented foods? I have not been tested for candida or SIBO but my ND doesn't think I have it because my digestion and bowl movements are working well.
15:49 Have you heard of cellcore & would you consider it a valid option to healing from mold, candida & parasites? My previous bedroom tested high for aspergillus, mycotoxin urine test showed high for ochratoxin a & das. What is your take on their bio toxin binder? My current dr prescribed me itraconazole her approach is too abrasive. I’m very very sensitive & clogged up. I need a gentler more restorative protocol so have been seeking alternatives & am considering trying cellcore.
Checkout the November 20th Q&A at the 4:46 minute mark for Dr. Jill’s review of Cellcore.
18:57 My son’s heart rate is normal when he wakes up but goes up as soon as he eats. Not only is it high but vacillates widely within seconds. We have tried Ketotifin, Cromolyn sodium, quick silver’s hista-assist, seeking health’s histablock, Zyretac and Claritin. Heart rate only normalizes after not eating for several hours. What do you suggest?
23:15 I have a double MTHFR genetic mutation. Until this mold battle, I was unaware of the scope of metabolic problems this can cause. Have you found this condition to be a deterrent to healing from mold? I’m currently on a complete methylation formula and a double dose of Glycogenics B complex, by Metagenics. Any other suggestions? I think this condition is way under diagnosed.
29:00 Can you explain the reason someone might have repeated low SigA on stool tests and can it be caused by mold or chronic infections? Will taking Immunoglobulin products (like SBI protect or Mega IgG2000) help, or are they just a bandaid?
31:00 I have recently had an Autonomic Response Testing practitioner confirm some of my symptoms are related to two viruses: Borna and Herpes VI. What, in your experience, are common symptoms of and treatments for these viruses, and how do they overlap with mold illness?

37:44 It’s been recommended i see an ENT specialist to have my sinus issues checked out to make sure there is no underlying infection going on. 45:51 I have pain & numbness in the right portion of my mid/lower back that comes and goes. Typically more prominent when after exercising or saunas. What could this be? How can I resolve this?

17:32 I had one treatment with FSM, my joint pains disappeared for a day or two but I was also very dizzy. The practitioner was new at it so could that be an issue?

20:28 I am 62 and healing from mold toxicity from long-term exposure (very high ochratoxin and gliotoxin), and the fun stuff that comes with that. I have a functional med md and just finished remediation. Currently taking nystatin, biofilm busters, colloidal silver nasal spray, and tons of supplements. No mold antifungals yet. I’m struggling with binders and dehydration. I drink lots of water with electrolytes added, but have low ADH. Currently I’m on a break from cholestyramine (1 tsp/day) because of a reaction. I notice you prefer are food sources as binders, rather than CSM, bentonite clay, and activated charcoal (which REALLY dries me out). Any advice on dehydration and binders? Your book has been immensely helpful!

41:25 What are the symptoms of a Herx reaction? Just 6 days ago had to take azithromyacin 500mg for 5 ds. Stopped today. On 3rd day began feeling like I have a bad flu, worse today. Can I do anything to relieve symptoms of herx if that’s what is happening?
43:28 When treating the Sinus’, whether Marcons or other infections, is it possible to herx? Out of all the treatments I’ve done, I seem to feel much worse when treating sinus issues. Curious if this is normal, and if Marcons can induce such a herx?
45:07 Can you please talk about the relationship between biofilm and MARCoNS? I’ve been using nasal sprays to treat it over the past 20 months and have been able to reduce biofilm from strong 3+ to moderate 2+ to now low weak 1+, but MARCoNS has stayed in the large amount range. Does this pattern reveal anything to you? Could it be that you have to eradicate biofilm before you can get rid of MARCoNS? In the process of discussing next steps with my Doctor, considering adding a systemic biofilm buster like nattokinase, serripeptidase or lumbrokinase and maybe intranasal Biociden in addition to my nasal spray. Dr. Musto at Microbiology DX suggested a formulation called whisobax which has witch hazel and EDTA as part of its ingredients. A pharmacist at PD Labs suggested maybe adding an antibiotic to my nose spray. Any thoughts/insights would be appreciated!!!!

11:50 10 year history of mold. Treatment was 10 grams a day of glutathione, 10 pass ozone treatments. Felt pretty good after that but still wasn’t walking well enough. Was still using a cart or a cane. Am now working on mold again and detox. Recent testing shows mercury. Taking Super Garlic Immune, turmeric, LiverSauce, Liposomal Glutathione, specially processed phosphatide choline, and Quick Silver supplements to remove metals, mercury, and remaining mold. 30:32 Picking off from last q&a , i’d like to know what pain relief treatment Dr Crista would recommend as i have alot of pain as a result of neurological type symptoms, inflammation, widespread myofascial pain.
E-Z Mg by Standard Process
34:38 Could Red Light Therapy be effective for treating mold sickness at levels 4 and 5? I may have lost some connections between brain and other organs —my short term memory is fading, physical performance is poor, balance, etc. I'read that Near Infrared Light {NIR) shined on the forehead and back of the neck improves brain health. Careful dosing applies.
35:08 I would like to introduce my neurologist to your body of work. I will be meeting with him on 7/1. He is aware of neuropathy, heightened anxiety, etc. Can I point him to any of your training for consideration prior that?
Are You Missing Mold Illness In Your Patients
35:39 I got skin rashes after a blast of mold from the HVAC. Rash is almost gone, but skin is noticeably looser on inner thigh. Is skin biopsy worthwhile for evidence and/or treatment? Allergist suggested, but she knows nothing on mold treatment.
SkinTe
Natural Czech Organic Moor Mud for Peloid Therapy
38:25 I am feeling much better and my Great Plains tests show a decrease in mycotoxins. The main symptom I am having is neurological issues. There is a "deer in the headlights" feeling, can't really move and extreme panic. I feel like I am going to fall over. This doesn't last very long but drains me for the rest of the day and I cannot find a trigger. In your book you reference DHA for neurological disorders. I also have tinnitus and vision issues. What is the best way to determine if you need DHA?
43:22 I've heard doctors like Neil Nathan and Beth O'Hara talk about the need to take binders which correlate with the mycotoxins in a patient's system, as well as making sure the 5 detox pathways (e.g. glucoronidation, acetylation, etc.) each particular toxin takes is working properly based on the patients genetics and other factors. They say "blanket protocols" of binders aren't effective enough, and not evaluating the detox pathways won't get a patient as well as they can be. What is your opinion on the targeted binders, and the need to optimize the particular detox pathways based on what toxin each patient has in their system as well as genetic problems with those pathways?
50:40 I currently am dealing with a lot of breast pain and over the past year of being ill my breast scans are showing more fibrocystic breast tissue. Having mold and Lyme/coinfections, I have heard that mold can be carcinogenic, and that breast tissue can often harbour toxins to protect
other areas of the body. What does the current research say about mold and cancer and is there something I can do to help prevent cancer from mold or Lyme as I treat this? (Of course, all the hormonal fluctuations with mold doesn't help!)
Castor Oil Pack
55:23 For colonization in the body, can you gauge the level from an OAT test? If OAT test fungal markers come back within normal or even lower range can you still have body colonization?
57:13 Excess thirst at night. Damages teeth. What can we do to prevent that?
57:44 I’d like to know if CBD oil or CBD paste is something she thinks is helpful, and being in UK, there is less than 0.3% the in cbd oil here.
58:16 I read in her book that some supplements do contain ingredients with mould, particularly some brands of vitamin b. As i am taking various amounts of supplements, Is there an ingredient to watch out for in supplements that contain mould ? I’ve been taking biocare’s vitamin b complex with magnesium capsules for many years, so am wondering if this is okay to continue with or not?

2:51 What do you recommend for healing mycotoxin-induced incontinence?
8:23 Do you recommend waterless diffusers to control humidity? Any particular brand?
8:52 Product review - waterless essential oil diffuser
12:03 You have a video showing how you clean your front load washer, and one of the cleaners is bleach… Do you still recommend that? Or front load washers, for that matter?
13:10 My current skincare, Biossance, uses natural citric acid but it is from fermented cassava. I looked at The Skin Doctor and they use Pichia/Resveratrol Ferment Extract which is fermented and comes from yeast. Is it okay to use the fermented and yeast products on your skin while you are detoxing from toxic mold exposure?
14:22 After reading your book I am drinking Spring Water and my favorite is Fiji Water. I am going through about 3-4 bottles a day which is a lot of bottles and expense. How does a Berkey Water System compare to Spring Water? What are your thoughts?
15:36 I just glanced at your email re:NAC. Do you see any problems with using the substitutes for a person with NASH? Any specific recommendations for that?
16:31 Dosage/uses for enzymes? Biofilm?
19:49 Do you need the total T3 and total T4 to dx thyroid issues? Or can you do with just the free T3 and free T4?
22:21 I’ve been sick with mycotoxin illness for quite some time. I have lost about 25 pounds in the last three years or so and very underweight at 85 pounds and 5’4“. Been on anti fungals for over a year, and first of year switched to CellCore mold protocol b/c not much improvement with Bio Botanical Research protocol. Seem to tolerate all of CellCore just fine. Not living in a sick building. Through your help my Naturopath and I have realized it looks like Lyme and Bartonella are also living in me. Began adding CellCore IS-Bart on 3/5 slowly increasing to max dose by 4/16. Began adding IS-Borr and Azithromycin 500mg on 4/29, (slowly increasing IS-Borr to max dose by 5/9). A week later on 5/7 added Rifampin 300mg two every day. By 5/9 started having very intense night sweats, more pain, headache etc. Debilitation increased and on 5/12 stopped all those except Rifampin and mold anti fungals. Apparently went into a bad Herx reaction which I’m still feeling although maybe a little less now. My doctor gave me an IV yesterday to help with hydration and energy, told me to drink 5 to 6 cups of green tea a day and take it easy. My question is, do you have anything to add to this Dr. Jill and what would you advise your patient to do in this situation. I want to get strong enough to be able to try these meds again to heal myself but not unless it’s safe and smart.
27:51 How are your patients doing with vaccination? My son has mold illness and has done ok with the first Pfizer shot but we are concerned about the second? He is taking Boron Homeopathic.
30:22 Dosing vitamin C?
33:33 I’m about to start on layer Five per your book. If I choose the nebulizer option for the nasal attack, should I stick with the diluted hydrogen peroxide formula on which studies have been done? Or do you have a different recommendation?
35:19 Is there a way to measure the b12 in your cells vs treating the symptoms?
36:47 NAC v glutathione? Is NAC going to need a prescription? Would glutathione potentially work better?
38:28 This goes with the NAC and glutathione: Antioxidants and cancer prevention, I’m seeing that some free radicals keeps cancer at bay, I’m seeing that antioxidants help keep cancer away. Is there a point where it tips over to being too much of a good thing? Honestly, I’m at a loss worried that I may be causing damage by taking the supplements to fix the mold.
41:10 I am concerned that when I have excessive thirst at night that my mouth is not producing enough saliva to protect my teeth. Do you have any suggestions?
42:25 I've been doing the Breaking the Mold detox plan for about 9 months, and believe I'm getting toward the end of it (will do a MycoTOX in a couple weeks to see). However, I've suddenly developed a coffee craving (I don't drink coffee...??). What might that be related to?
45:20 Do like a brand for cell salts? Hyland’s Bioplasma Cell Salts
46:12 I take Quercetine with Bromoline. Wwould that be the same thing?
46:44Do you have a specific brand you recommend? I was taking a lipsomal C and I feel like this bottle (3rd one) had some quality control issues. Empirical Labs Liposomal C
47:45 Is buffered vitamin C better?
48:06 I am just starting binders (CellCore Biotoxin Binder) plus oxbile, and have recently removed myself from the moldy environment. Can neuro type symptoms such as increased anxiety, restlessness, or irritability be a part of the detox process?
50:14 Why do some patients not tolerate glutathione?
53:34 What is your opinion of DesBio products?
54:43 How about Liv-On liposomal c?
54:57 Thoughts on the body bio products? Good for fats?
55:57 I saw where you recommend Traditional Medicinals Green Tea. Unfortunately I cannot have caffeine because it gives me heart palpitations and they do not have any green tea that is decaffeinated. Do you have any other suggestions of brands that you know are mold free?
I do like Republic of Tea. How do you check to see if a company's products are mold free?
57:43 Do you have recommendations for chronic pain & insomnia such as CBD?

3:45 Lab review - MMP-9 (Matrix Metalloproteinase-9)
9:30 I have had excessive hair fall for years, decades really - it was the running family joke that I'd be bald one day, not so ironic foreshadowing. It never was noticeable though until about a year and a half ago which makes sense as that's likely when my most recent mold exposure reached fever pitch. I have now lost over 50% of my hair and even though I am now out of my sick house and making small gains, my hair is still falling out much more than I'd like and is "normal." I understand why my body is not prioritizing my hair but what can I do to support it? I've also heard detoxing can cause hair loss in and of itself, is that true?
15:46 I wake up very unrefreshed and my sleep quality seems to be suffering ever since I started the diet you had outlined in your book. I wake up every night in the middle of my sleep and though it is easy to get back to sleep, it is very difficult to wake up in the morning and get myself out of bed. My stomach seems to be inflamed and my sinuses are always filled with mucus in the morning. The nasal sprays and diet controls for this mucus production during the day but it seems that during my sleep overnight, the process repeats itself all over and my nose becomes inflamed and stuffy. I was wondering if you could provide insight into the poor quality of sleep and the stuffiness I am experiencing?

19:57 At what point is it ok for us to have nutritional yeast, mushrooms and other foods we have been avoiding?
22:24 Could you give your opinion of the Mymycolab IgG and IgE test. pros and cons, limitations, etc?
27:27 Is eating legumes like chickpeas, blackbeans, red beans, hummus and tahini okay for mould sick people?
28:52 Is having a low oxalate diet something to take into account for mould sick people? Personally, I am taking bitters to help with bile as in early 2020 abdomen test showed the CBD is dilated but no stones or obstructive cause was identified. There is a gallbladder polyp at the posterior wall measuring 3.5mm which had increased from 2mm within around 6 months.
32:27 I’d love to know if it's recommended to begin an antimicrobial herbal regiment for Lyme, cop-infections, and retroviruses before having surgery for jaw bone cavitation surgery. Dr. Klinghardt speaks about many cavitations coming back for those with Lyme and other chronic illnesses, and I want to know how best to prepare to prevent their return and heal properly.
33:11 MMP says 336 - Quest lab says up to 900, what did you say the functional levels are again?
33:27 With histamine intolerance/sensitivity, what is the most gentle antifungal to try and incorporate?
34:17Which anti fungals do your recommend? My son is on nystatin tablets with each meal and nystatin nasal spray.
35:00 Is getting dry eye symptoms like blepharitis, and dry skin a common reaction to mould exposure?
38:34 Previously you shared recommendations for travel. Nasal spray, probiotic and anti fungal. Can you speak to the probiotic and why mega spore is best and is it for everyone?
42:48 What is the best way to detox while on binders to eliminate mold?
45:43 Can someone can have microcytic anaemia from fungal attack and/or invasion of immune system ? Sorry I mean macrocytic not microcytic.
48:44 Wondering if lung/breathing discomfort could be due to the prolonged air dryness in the home. As much as it seems to be a mold taboo could there be a place to add moisture in the air or a target humidity %?
50:05 What supplements that we are already taking for mold are helpful/ok to take if you have/may have cancer and what supplements could potentially allow cancer to grow?
55:32 Our doctor who was treating mold has retired would you recommend somebody you trust?

19:12 What treatment from mold do you find helps with cognitive issues the most?
22:19 When first leaving mold, should I allow non-hyper-sensitive family members (who are moving out of the same partially-remediated space) in my new apartment? Or should I fog them with EC3/a botanical before they enter?
24:09 Do you recommend only waterless diffusers in environments with humidity issues? Dr. Jill will address this question at next month’s product review during the May 20th Q&A
24:39 How do you know if you have immune deficiency (re mymycolab)?
28:33 I have been exposed to mold last year from water leakages for several months. I moved out in Oct 2019 into temporary accommodation. However, I've been re-exposed to mold recently in the temporary accommodation, after going away for a month or so, and returning to find that the fridge door was left open rather than closed after it was powered off, food removed & defrosted. Unfortunately, i could not go anywhere but remain that temporary accommodation for a month and i experienced itching on my torso again but more severe this time round, but has now calmed down. Is there a chance that the toxin exposure that develops from a fridge in my case, going to be different to be different to the exposure of toxins from bathroom ceiling water leakages from flat above's bathroom ? Am asking only because i carried out Great Plains Mycotoxin test before i was re-exposed to mold from fridge.
32:06 Sinus congestion?
33:41 Is dairy and gluten something that should be avoided for someone with high levels of mycotoxins?
36:51 Grass Fed Dairy tend to be ok? Or is that something you would still want to somehow check out on a company by company basis?
38:48 Have heard that “cage free” could also be a misnomer because cage free could mean they are in a dark structure, uncaged, but still indoors
40:14 Is eating Vegan and gluten-free 100% Cocoa Dark Chocolate okay to eat for someone with mold illness?
41:00 Great Plains urine test came back with Och A at 8.04, Zeo at 6.21 and Citrinin at 94.84. Could this be from food alone? I see so many conflicting opinions on this.
43:28 Did you say if the egg yolk is darker in color that means it’s more likely to have come from grass fed chickens and lived in better conditions?
44:33 Do we know if a super high Citrinin is from food?
45:02 How worried should I be about the ionizers in the air filters like Intellipure and the Air Doctor?
46:43 Is eating unleavened bread made of non-grain flour with or without seeds safe to try?
48:45 How do you know when you’re out of cell danger response. I ask because I cannot get any urine tests to show anything but have confirmed through antibodies and prove exposure(s)

7:27 Why are air samples not considered a good test? If my sister's bedroom air comes back with raw 2570 and m3 is 105000 for aspergillus/penicillium and 444 raw and m3 is 18300 for chaetomium - is that a meaningful evaluation?
13:13 Established home: What can be done to minimize past mold/water intrusion?
16:00 We went through a mold remediation with a moldy bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. After remediation and full cleaning the HERTSMI was 12 but I still smell an "earthy" smell and don't feel well in the house. We have a working theory that we got leaks in our ducts when we did the duct cleaning and scrubbing and that air is coming in from the crawl space through our HVAC ducts running under the house. My question in, since the floor was torn up to fix the original problem, the crawl space it likely still full of mold spores and those are likely now coming into our house. Even if we fix the assumed duct leaks we have, will that fix our air problem in the house?
20:01 What is the best cleaning solution for walls? https://benefect.com/US/products/decon-30/
21:45 Best way to control humidity in a home?
23:10 Do you think creating a negative pressure state in a basement with moderate levels of mold while removing carpet would be sufficient to prevent any spreading to the regular part of the house? How long would the negative pressure need to be in place to be safe?
26:13 I had mold remediation done for Chaetomium and Fusarium mold behind a living room wall. We also had a “fine particle” clean done of the whole home. there was no dust left in the home. I then did a “Mold Score” test via Envirobiomics 45 days after the remediation passed inspection. I have 273 SE/mg of Chaetomium murorum, 91 of Chaetomium angustispirale and ND Chaetomium globosum. are these species of Chaetomium concerning, what could explain these results? Also, none of the other 36 ERMI mold species changed much in SE/mg of dust?
33:31 Is there a recommended high tech furnace that measures and controls house humidity?
35:17 If one were to dream of building an idea home… one can dream right? Best heating? Radiant heat?
41:21 I thought slabs were good. Could you say why condos on a slab are bad?
44:53 In my state of mind now finding out only a month or so ago about the mold in my body, I am overwhelmed. The diet, the timeline of avoidance to fighting as you give in your book, the supplements, inspection, remediation, and the cost of a knowledgeable doctor is mind blowing. My husband is not on board with what may have to happen, so it's all up to me How have you and others coped with this?
49:37 Is it appropriate to try the homeopathic vasopressin based on symptoms, without doing ADH lab?
50:15 I have done the rounds of drs. Cardiologist, Rheumatologist, Neurologist, OBGyn, Skin Check, countless primary visits. 1) I have 3 things that started at the same time. Swollen tongue, urine that is not as yellow as it used to be, and hair loss on my legs. Could mold be the cause of these? How?
53:17 2) I had an allergic reaction in May to Bactrim. My ana after that was 1:80. In July it was 1:40. After my Covid vaccine it was 1:640 and then a week or two later 1:320. Does mold affect these tests?
